TENDER NOTICE
No. 810 /03 /2009 /Sty .
3rd February 2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of the Numring Machine ( 6 Digit- 12 Action)- 250 Nos. for the year 2008-09.
Tender No.-146/2008-09 ,
Cost of tender form :
Original-Rs . 800 + 12.5% VAT.
Duplicate Rs . 400 + 12.5 % VAT .
Date of opening of tender-7-3-2009.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Kerala , Thiruvanantha- puram-695 033 obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders are tobe submitted . Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued as per the price fixed.
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 24 hours before the time fixed for the opening of the office ) tender. Cost of tender forms will be accepted in cash (remitted in or by Money Order only and should be sent to the Controller of Stationery , Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033 (Name of the Officer should not be mentioned) . Cheques , Postage Stamps and Demand Drafts will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The tendtender forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The cost of tender forms are not refundable under any circumstances . The tender number and the name of the item for which the tender form is required should be clearly specified in the application /M . O. Coupon . The tenderers are requested to quote for branded items only . The tender forms are not transferable. The last date and time for receipt of tender is 3 p . m . on the day fixed for opening of each tender and the tender willbe opened at 4 p . m . on the same day.
The cover containing the tender shall be appropriately superscribed with the tender number and name of item and addressed to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time of opening of the tender .
Every tenderer shall send along with his tender a Proliminary Agreement executed on a Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and furnish 1 % of the total cost of the materials as Earnest Moncy Deposit . Farnest Moncy Deposit will be accepted in the form of Demand Draft or FDR taken in favour of Controller of Stationery with due endorsement . The firms registered with SPD, Government of Kerala only will be exempted from the payment of E.M.D./S D. vide G. O. (P) No. 385/2008/ Fin . dated 27-8-2008 .
A specimen of Preliminary Agreement Deed is appended to the tender form . Tenders received without the Agreement Deed , Earnest Money Deposit and Samples will not be considered . Further details, if any , can be had from the office of the undersigned during during the office hours .
Preference will be given to goods with ISI mark .
Other things being equal , Preference will be given to goods with ISI Certification Mark and in the absence of Certification Mark , products conforming to IS specification. Where uncertified goods are supplied by the seller with a conformity to relevant Indian Standards, it is his responsibility to produce a certificate of conformity from the Bureau of Indian Standards or any other test house recognized by the B. I. S. Offer for articles with ISI mark should be accompaniedby a duly attested copy of the latest valid dicence issued by the BIS for manufacture of the articles with ISI mark .

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഇനവും വ്യക്ത‌മായി എഴുതണം . " സ്റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -695 033 " എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിലാണ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടത് . ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതിനായി നിശ്ചയിച്ചിട്ടുളള തീയതിയിൽ 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രം ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 4 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളും മറ്റ് വിവരങ്ങളും തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റേറഷനറി കൺട്രോളറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന്റെ തലേദിവസം 4 മണിവരെ ലഭ്യമാണ് . താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട നിശ്‌ചിത ഫോറത്തിനുവേണ്ടി സ്‌റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് ഔദ്യോഗിക മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ മാത്രം) അടച്ചാൽ മതിയാകും ചെക്ക് : " റേറഷനറി കൺ (ടാളറുടെ അപേക്ഷ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോാത്തിൻറെ വില നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡറായോയാ ( സ്റോഷനറി കൺട്രോളറ പോസ്റേജ് സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി നസ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ അപേക്ഷയിൽ വ്യക്തതമായി സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുളളവർ അതിൻറെ വില കൂടി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന ദിവസം ആഫീസ് അവധിയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തിദിവസ ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന സമയത്തിനും സ്ഥ‌ലത്തിനും മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സർക്കാർ സ്‌റോർ പർച്ചേസ് വകുപ്പിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തതും കേരളത്തിനകത്തുള്ളതുമായ SSI യൂണിററുകൾ ഒഴികെ ടെണ്ടറിൽ G.
