The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. P1 /919 /2007 /GEC due on 11-3-2009" and addressed to the undersigned to reach him on or before 3 p.m. on 11-3-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened at 11 a, m . on 12-3-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representative who may be present at that time .
