The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Written Test (Descriptive ) held on 16-6-2007 for selection to the post of Tailoring Instructor on Rs . 3050-5230 (PR) in the Social Welfare Deparument (Category No. 76/2006) in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit . The Ranked List is brought into force w . e . f. 5-11-2008 . The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichevererisis carlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment . According to the existing procedure , revaluation ofAnswer Script is not allowed . But Answer Script will be rechecked to see that all the answers are valued and that there is no mistake in the totalling of marks in the various answers , if the candidates apply for re-checking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account " 0051 - PSC - 105- State PSC - 99 Examination Fee" . The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account . The marks awarded for the several questions will be checked a second time and if it is found that a question or a sub - division of a question is seen omitted in valuation , the same will be got rechecked . Application for re-checking of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the various offices of the Section of the Enquiry Sect Commission or its photocopy or downloaded and printed in A4 size papper from the commission's website. www. keralapsc . org photoopied there from. Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered .
The application for re-checking in the prescribed form along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List. The candidate can avail only one chance after the publication of the Ranked List . Application for re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
Entries put in column ( 4) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents . The fee once remitted will not be refunded .
In the case of candidates who send applications. for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing Original chalan receipt as stated above , the marks awarded will be rechecked and the result of the re - checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office.

The following are the Register Numbers of Candidates who are found provisionally eligible to be called for interview for selection to the post of High School Assistant ( English) on Rs . 4600-7125 (PR) inEducation Department (Category No. 003/2003 ) in Thrissur District on the basis off Written Test held on 21-10-2004 .

Note:-( 1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis . Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not conferconfer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List .
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidates in the application and subsequent claims made will notbe entertained at any stage.
(3) Gandidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to prove their claims made in the application , 1. e, qualification, date of birth , community and other benefits , if any too whichwhich they are 2. entitled to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission , District Office , Thrissur, within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification. Candidates who were included in the Short List published earlier on 10-06-2005 indicated by an asterisk( * ) sigu against this register number, need not send their documents again. The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the short list without further notice .
The candidates who have secured 22 ( Twenty two) marks and above are included in the Main List of this Short List . The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the Supplementary Lisis .
The candidates belonging to the Other BackwarBackward Classes included in the Short List , who are requiredto produce Non- Creamy Layer Certifiate as per G.O. (P) No. 46/2007/ SC/ ST/DD dated 25-8-2007 shall produce the same at the time of interview. Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non- Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of community and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates . As regards such candidates in the Supplementary Lists ofOther Back- ward classes their Register Numbers will be deleted from the Short List without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non Creamy Layer Certificate .
The date , time and place of interview will be intimated in due course .
According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked , after the publication of the Ranked List , if the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account "0051-PSC- 105 State PSC- 99 Examination Fee" .Appli cation for re -checking should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed inA4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapsc.org or photocopied therefrom . The original chalan receipts for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking . Application of re-checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List are advised to refer to Notification which will be published short list for the Register Numbers of invalidated answer scripts and the reasons thereof. Candidates whose Register Numbers are not included in the Short List should submit the application for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List . Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List may also apply for rechecking within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List .
Valid applications for rechecking addressed to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission District Office , M. G. Road , Thrissur -4 should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which Ranked List is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission . Application for rechecking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained .
The fee once remitted will not be refunded .
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above , the marks, awarded willbe rechecked and the result of the re-checking will be intimated to the candidates from this office .
