Read:—(1) Proceedings No. EB (5) 23785/04 dated 9-12-2004 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

(2) Proceedings No. EB (5) 4945/06 dated 14-10-2008 of the Additional Registrar of Co-operative Societies (General).

The Provisional Seniority List of Upper Division Clerks for the period from 1-1-2002 to 30-11-2004 as per proceedings cited I was circulated. The objections on the rank and seniority assigned to the incumbents concerned has been disposed of on merits and the final seniority list was approved as per proceedings cited 2nd.

Now, a Provisional Seniority List of Upper Division Clerks for the period from 1-12-2004 to 31-12-2007 is enclosed.

The Controlling Officers should bring the list to the notice of the officers concerned and should be acknowledged.

The objections, if any to the rank and seniority assigned in the Provisional Seniority List should be filed within 30 days with full particulars from the date of receipt of this list.
