TENDER NOTICE
[5/2008-09]
No. A5-1381 /2008 .
20th February 2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of sports goods under P. D. Account fund for the year 2008-09 . Tenders should be superscribed "Tender for the supply of Sports goods for 2008-09 and addressed to trincipalmentthethe Principal , Government College , 102, Kozhikode District. " Last date for the receipt of tender is 5 p.m. on 16-3-2009 . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 17-3-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may submit an application to the Principal , Government College , Madappally , Vadakara , Pin - 673 102 , Kozhikode District to obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 169 (inclu- ding VAT) which is not refundable on any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2.30 p . m . on 16-3-2009 . Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued @Rs . 113 (including VAT ) per copy . Cheques , Drafts , Postal Orders , Postage Stamps will not be accepted. Tender forms will not be forwarded by V.P.P.
CONDITIONS
1. The tenders should be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the College Office on payment of Rs . 169 either in person or by sending Money Order. Cheques, Drafts , Postal Orders , Postage Stamps will not be accepted . The cost of duplicate tender form is Rs. 113.
2. Every tenderers should also remit 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered for as EMD .
3. Demand Draft towards EMD should be drawn on the State Bank of Travancore, Vadakara Branc .
4. The Articles should be supplied to the college within the time limit specified .
5. The price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and duties .
6. Tender should be supported by preliminary agreement in the stamp paper worth Rs.50.
7. an The successful tenderers should sign agreement in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and deposit 5% value of the contract as security deposit .
8. The undersigned has the right to reject the tenders without assigning any reason .
2008-09 വർഷത്തിൽ മടപ്പളളി ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ പി.ഡി , അക്കൗണ്ട് ഫണ്ട് ( സ്പോർട്സ് ) ഉപയോഗിച്ചു വാങ്ങുന്ന സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസിനു പുറത്ത് 2008-09 വർഷത്തിൽ സ്പോർട്സ് ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതി നുളള ദർഘാസ്എന്നെഴുതി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , മടപ്പളളി , വടകര , പിൻ -673 102 , കോഴിക്കോട ജില്ല എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 16-3-2009 , 5 മണി ആകുന്നു . താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാ സുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിശ്ച‌ിത സമയത്തിനകം സമർപ്പിക്കപ്പെട്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ 17-3-2009- 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധി കളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
താൽപ്പര്യമുളളവർക്ക് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രൂപ 169 (രൂപ നൂറ്റി അറുപത്തിഒമ്പത് ) (വിൽപ്പന നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) വിലയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് മടപ്പളളി , മടപ്പളളി കോളേജ് പോസ്ററ് , പിൻ -673 102 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഈ തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് കൈമാറാം D ചെയ്യാവുന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം 16-3-2009 - ന ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2.30 മണി വരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ഫോറം വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 113 (വിൽപ്പന നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) രൂപ ആകുന്നു. ചെക്ക് , ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസുകൾ 169 രൂപ അടച്ച് കിട്ടുന്നതായ ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
2. നിരതദ്രവ്യ ഇനത്തിൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതായ സംഖ്യക്ക് (ട്രാവൻകൂർ സ്‌റേറററ് ബാങ്കിൻറ വടകര ശാഖയിൽ മാറാവുന്നതായ ഡ്രാഫ്റ് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം টার ১৯৯০ ചെയ്തിരിക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് .
3. ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 113 രൂപയാണ് .
4. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റാം . പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
5. ദർഘാസുകാരനും ക്വാട്ട് 283 മൊത്തം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില തിട്ടപ്പെടുത്തി മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കണം .
6. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്ത വില നികുതിയും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കും . ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും
7. ദർഘാസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചാൽ 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത ത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌ട കരാർ ഒപ്പിടേണ്ടതും കരാർ തുകയുടെ 5 % സെക്യൂരിററി ഡെപ്പോസിററായി നൽകേണ്ടതുമാണ് .
8. ദർഘാസ് യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
