SHORT TENDER NOTICE
9th February 2009 .
No. $1-8453 ( 1 ) /2008 /AVC .
Scaled competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Ayurveda Equipments to the Department of Swasthavritha of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2008-09 and for the supply upto 31-7-2009.
Tenders should be superscribed " Supply of Ayurvedic Equipments to the Department of wasthavritha " addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders willbe at 3 p.m. on 15-3-2009 . The late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p. m. on 15-3-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvanantha- puram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form shouldbe accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 15-3-2009. Cheque , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs . 50 by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy.. cost Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1 % of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2009 . The Principal, Govt . Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone/cancel the tender .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആസൂർവേദ കോളേജിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തിലേകവർഷത്തിലേക്ക് 31-7-2009 வன ചുവടെ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
കവറിലാക്കി ദർഘാസുകളും ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 15-3-2009 22 3 ดาวา വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 3.30 - ന് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-3-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് , ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്‌ഗം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻെറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണിയോർഡറായി മമാറം വരുത്താൻ താകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2009 പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ഒരു ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 450 രൂപയാണ ' . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില 225 രൂപ .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % (ഒരു ശതമാനം) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ്ദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത (ഡാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ്. ഏതൊര ടൻഡറുംം ടെൻഡറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുവാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനോ ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും . 088 അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം
