In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub -rule (4) of rule 8 and rule 8A of the Notaries Rules 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of Practice already assigned to Shri Jacob Chacko , Advocate and Notary , Kariat House , Manakala P. O. , Via Adoor , Pin-691551 in the Kozhencherry Taluk in the Revenue District of Pathanamthitta for five years with effect from 18-3-2006 vide notification No. 5117/H4 /2006/ Law , dated 28-3-2006 is further extended to the whole Revenue District of Pathanamthitta .
