RE-TENDER NOTICE
No. M7-70/03. 28th February 2009.
Separate sealed tenders are invited from eligible 'A'/ 'B'class contractors registered in the Forest Department in pursuance of G. O. (MS) No. 226/81(F) dated 16-12-1981 for working down marked Timber as round logs, billets and firewood from the proposed diversion area of 3.8134 Hectare. Forest land in Malayattoor Reserve Forest under the Neriamangalam Range for Thottiyar Hydro Electric Project, mentioned in the same schedule below to the depot mentioned in the same schedule.
Guarantee already produced by the tenderer at the time of registration of his name in 'A' class contractor will be taken to account.

CONDITIONS
17th MARCH 2009] FOREST DEPARTMENT 1355. If the last date fixed for the receipt of the tenders happens to be a holiday, the tenders will be received and opened in the next working day at the same time and place is the conditions specified above.
6. Each tender should be accompanied by a deposit receipt obtained from an approved Bank in favour of the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar as Earnest Money Deposit for the work.
7. Tenderers should quote uniform percentage of the Departmental basic rate at which they can take up the work specified in the schedule both in figures and words. Fraction of one percent should not be quoted.
8. All the corrections in the tender form should be initialed by the tenderer himself.
9. In case more than one tenderer quoted the same lowest rate the successful lowest bidder will be decided in an auction among the tenderers who quoted the same lowest rate.
10. If any of the lowest tenderer is not prepared to reduce rate in the auction without fraction of one percent it will be opened to the confirming authority to draw the tender of lots among or between the lower tenderers.
11. The lowest tender will ordinarily be accepted, provided the character and financial status of the tenderers are found satisfactory, but the authority competent to accept the tender reserves to himself the powers of accepting or rejecting any tender without assigning any reason therefore. There shall be no appeal against such action.
12. Rule notified as per G.O.(P) 62/76/AD dated 23-2-1976 and published in the Gazette dated 9-3-1976, general sale conditions as per Pro. 5-2613/08 dated 12-6-2008 of Cheif Conservator of Forests, Thiruvanantha- puram published in the Gazette No. 26 on 24-6-2008 and other conditions if any inform shall be binding on any person who makes a written tender for the works.
13. Tender submitted by the timber merchants, sale coupe contractors and other persons who are engaged in timber trade within the limits of the forest division in which working area is situated or by the adjacent divisions will not be accepted.
14. The tenderers should have no relationship on any Government servant who is in charge of the work or who has any direct control over the work. Relationship in this case will mean Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Brother, Sister, Direct Uncle, Nephew, Father-in-Law, Mother-in-Law and the first cousion of the officers concerned.
15. The Earnest Money Deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned to them soon after opening the tenders.
16. Before submitting the tender, the tenderer is expected to study and scrutinize all the conditions in this agreement to be executed, the draft of which can be had for perusal from the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar on any working day during office hours. No plea of ignorance of the agreement conditions or no complaint regarding the said conditions received after putting in the tender shall be entertained on any account. A bounded agreement should be executed by the successful tenderer on the date of opening of the tenders itself.
17. The successful tenderer shall within 15 days from the date of issue of the acceptence of tender, furnish a security deposit of an amount equal to 10 % of the total contract value limited to a maximum of Rs. 20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) and execute an agreement on a stamp paper worth Rs. 50 in the approved form, the same of which can be had from the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar for perusal. The security amount should be remitted in the Government Treasuries duly pledged to the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar. If the security is not remitted and the agreement executed within the above said period, a further period of 15 days shall be allowed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar for remittance of security and the execution of the agreement subject to realization of Rs. 10 (Rupees Ten only) per day of extension. If the tenderers remits the security within 15 days from the date of intimation of acceptance order but is not able to execute the agreement within the period the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar may grant an extension of time for 15 days more for execution of agreement with a penalty of Rs. 1 per day of extension.
18. Failure to remit the security deposit and to execute the agreement with in the time specified in the condition 17 above, will entire to cancellation of the tender by the Divisional Forest Officer, and forfeiture to Government of the Earnest Money Deposit and security if any deposited by the tenderers. The work will also be got done through other agencies at the risk and the loss of the defaulter. The loss if any will be treated as arrears of Public Revenue and will be recovered from the defaulter under the provisions of Revenue Recovery Act or by any other legal means if not paid within a responsible time specified by the Divisional Forest Officer. The defaulter, however will not be entitled for again, if any.
19. The tenderer should produce valid clearance certificate of Sales Tax, Income Tax and Agricultural Income Tax, to the satisfaction of the Divisional Forest Officer before the final payment is made to him in case the contract value is of and above Rs. 5,000 (Rupees Five thousand only).
20. In the case of working down round logs and firewood the contractor shall be bound to deliver at the depot all hardwood logs within 3 months from the date of registration, softwood logs within 15 days from the date of felling and billets and firewood within 2 months from the date of registration or within the contract period which- ever is earliest. If the delivery of the produce is not effected within the period orginally fixed as above, the Divisional Forest Officer may grant extension for 3 months for delivery of hardwood 15 days for softwood and 2 months for billets and firewood subject to realization of penalty of Rs. 1.75/cu.m. for hardwood Rs. 2 cu.m. for136 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III softwood for 15 days and Rs. 0.50/MT for stacked billets and firewood. 30 days further extension can be granted by the Conservator of Forests, High Range Circle, Kottayam with penalty of Rs. 3.50 cu.m. and another 15 days by the Cheif Conservator of Forests, with penalty of Rs. 5.25/cu.m. and further 30 days by the Cheif Conservator of Forests, with penalty of Rs. 7 cu.m. for softwood, if the periods fall within the original or the extended contract period.
All Registered logs remaining undelivered after the expiry of said period will be taken charge of by the Forest Range Officer, Neriamangalam and the contractor shall be liable to pay a fine of Rs. 4/cu.m. for such undelivered logs only and forfeit all claims to Kolevila due thereon. The lose if any sustained by the department due to the deterioration on account of be lated delivery or non- delivery of the timber will be made good from the contractor as assessed by the department. The contractor should obtain receipts for the logs delivered at the depot from the depot officer when the contractor will be eligible for Kolevila therefore. The contractor shall fell all the marked tree entrusted him except those trees which have been certified by the Divisional Forest Officer after inspection as wholly defective or impossible to be felled without causing serious damages to their stems or to other trees standing near by and collect all available timber therefore, For every marked trees left unfilled or felled but uncollected at the expiry of the contract period without proper authorization from the Divisional Forest Officer, the contractor is liable to pay a penalty of Rs. 200 per tree, besides realization of value of timber of uncollected trees as per other conditions. The value of the logs at schedule rate if rencerec useless or deteriorated will be realized.
21. The contractor shall ensure that the felling and collection proceeds from the end of the coupe to the other end in an orderly and systematic manner and that all trees are felled as low as possible to the ground levels using saw at least on one side. All logs shall be cross cut with saw.
22. For all logs and billets selling at rates less than Kolevila, the Kolevila payable to the contractor will be limited to the sale price.
23. If the contractor fails to undertake and complete the work within the specified time or if he leaves any item of work undone. The Divisional Forest Officer at his discretion make other arrangement for carrying out the work left undone, either departmentally or through other agencies at the risk and loss of the defaulting contractor and the loss if any, sustained by the department on this account will be recovered from the security deposit or from other assests of the defaulting contractor, as if such sums are arrears of Land Revenue under the provisions of Revenue Recovery Act in force in such other manner as the Government may deem fit.
24. If any amount becomes due to any workman or mazdoor engaged by the contractor as per Workmen's Compensation Act or as per provisions of labour or similar laws, such amounts shall be payable by the contractor.
25. The tenderers should submit declaration with the tender that they are not related any Government Servents who is in charge of or having control of the work for which the tender is submitted. Relationship for this purpose will be restricted to Father, Mother, Son, Daughter, Sister, Brother, Uncle, Nephew, Father-in-Law, Mother-in-Law, Brother-in-Law and the first cousion of the officer. If at any stage this condition is found to have been contravened, the Earnest Money Deposit of the tenderer/contractor will be forfeited to Government and the contract entered into will stand cancelled.
26. (a) The contractor shall not make any damage to bridges or roads and private properties during collection and transport and during unloading logs and billets from lorries and he shall be liable of any such damages. The decision of the Government regarding the amount of compensation payable for the damages caused shall be final and binding on the contractor and the Government shall recover such damages from the contractor.
(b) If the damage caused is in respect of any road under the control of the Kerala State Electricity Board or Public Works Department the amount of compensation payable for such damage will be assessed by the Forest Range Officer and Assistant Engineer of the concerned and the Assistant Engineer of the concerned Division of the Kerala State Electricity Board or Public Works Department and their decision being final and binding on the contractor. In such cases the contractor shall be liable to pay the damages to the Kerala State Electricity Board or Public Works Department and they shall recover such damages from the contractor.
27. The tenderers should give an undertaking in the tender that they undertake to carry out the work at the tendererd rates quoted and to abide by the terms and conditions of the tender notice and draft agreement so on by them and also other departmental rules and orders issued by them from time to time.
28. (a) Post offers which are not advantageous by more than 5% of the lowest rate offered for the original tender [where the total cost of the work as per the tender is Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakhs only] and above and more than 10% where the total cost of the work is less than Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees One Lakhs only) will be summarily rejected. In other cases it will be considered under the following conditions:
(i) The post offer should be made within 7 days of tender.
(ii) The post offer should remit double the security for the work based on the work offered by the lowest tender.

(b) (i) The post offerer after satisfying the conditions specified above should also execute an agreement before the Divisional Forest Officer pledging the security for the due fulfillment of the terms.
(ii) If the post offer satisfied the condition specified above, re-tenders will be called for after giving the usual publicity as per the rules. In the re-tender if the rates offered doesen't come up to what has been offered by the post offerer it will be awarded to the post offerer at the rate offered by him. If he back out, the security amount will be forfeited to the Government. If however, the rate is less than what has been offered by the post offerer in the case of re-tender, the work will be awarded to the lowest tenderer and the amount remitted by the post offerer released to him.
29. The quantity mentioned in the schedule is only approximate and the contractor is bound to work down the full quantity of timber and firewood available from trees marked and entrusted to him.
30. The period of contract will be four months from the date of intimation of work order. No extension of the contract period shall ordinarily be granted. But if however the delay incompleting the work in the contract area within the period specified in the schedule attached is due to circumstances beyond the control of the contractor extension of time may be granted for one/two/three months by Divisional Forest Officer, Conservator of Forests, High Range Circle, Kottayam. Cheif Conservator of Forests respectively but not exceeding a total period of five months subject to realization of penalties as mentioned below. If he fails to undertake and complete the work within the specified time, or if he leaves any item of work undone, the Divisional Forest Officer, may at his discretion make other arrangements for carrying out the work left undone either departmentally or through other agencies at the risk and loss of the defaulting contractor, and loss if any incurred by the department on this account will be recovered from the security or from other assests of the contractor.
Penalty :-
(a) Rs. 2 cum. for the quantity of the timber delivered at the depot during the first month extension granted by the Divisional Forest Officer.
(b) Rs. 2.50 cum. for quantity of timber delivered at the depot during extension granted by the Conservator of Forests.
(c) Rs. 3 cum. for quantity of timber delivered at the depot during extension granted by the Cheif Conservator of Forests.
(d) In the same way for billets and firewood Rs. 1.00, 1.25, 1.50 for extension granted by the Divisional Forest Officer, Conservator of Forests, Cheif Conservator of Forests respectively.
31. The Divisional Forest Officer reserves to himself the power to eliminate any tree marked and entrusted to the contractor from felling if it is found during the course of the contract that timber obtainable from such trees have no reasonable market or by some other reasons and the contractor is not entitled to claim any compensation for such elimination.
32. Ten per cent of each Kolevila bill will be with held as retention amount which will be released after the collected logs are sold and the liability if any in respect of these logs with the contract is settled.
32. (a) In case of works, the contract value which exceeds Rs. 10,000 Income Tax at the rate of 2 per cent of payment made shall be deducted at each time when payments are made except in the case of non resident contractors.
33. For working down logs, Seigniorage on Vakka fibre calculated at one vakka drag rope, for every 2 cum. or fraction thereof and grazing fee for one elephant for every 2 cum. or fraction thereof for timber will be recovered from the contractor on the actual quantity collected and sales tax on vakka charges as per the rules in force.
33 (a) All timber the contractor is under obligation to deliver at the prescribed depot shall be transport to such depot only along with the routes specified in the transport permit. If in the course of work it become necessary to deviate from the routs, specified in the schedule, the contractor may be allowed to transport timber and firewood along with the deviated routes provided the department is satisfied of the necessity for the deviation in the routs. In the case of such deviation in routes, the contractor will be eligible to get Kolevila at the rates worked for those new route minus tender reduction with prior sanction of the Conservator of Forests. Quantity to be supplied to different depot shall also be changed by the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar, with prior sanction from the Conservator of Forests.
34. The contractor shall collect all timber available from the trees marked in the plantation within the said contract period as per the instructions issued by the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar. If the collection is delayed the contractor will be liable to pay a penalty at the rate specified above for the timber for the belated period.
35. The contractor should show register progress in working down timber.
36. If the rates quoted in the re-tender is more than quoted in the original tender the difference between them and all the expenditure incidental in fixing up of re-tenderer including notification charges as assessed by138 KERALA GAZETTE [PART III the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar will be recovered from the defaulting tenderer through any legal means including Revenue Recovery Act.
37. Further particulars can be had from the Divisional Forest Officer, Munnar or the Range Officer, Neriamangalam on any working days during office hours.
38. The contractor should take every case to collects as much quantity of saleable timber as possible from marked trees.
39. The tenderer are bound to above by the instructions issued from the Forest Department from time to time regarding tender as well as working down of timber.

Competitive tenders in sealed cover are invited from the eligible registered contractors of the PWD, Kerala for the works scheduled below. The interesting tenderers should submit tenders in prescribed tender forms with the name of the work superscribed. The tender forms will be issued from the office of the undersigned on working days from 23-3-2009 to 26-3-2009 upto 1 p. m. The tenders will be accepted up to 3 p. m. on 26-3-2009 and the tender will be opened at 4 p. m. on 26-3-2009 at the office of the undersigned in the presence of tenderers who choose to be present. 2. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസർ അനുവദിച്ച സാക്ഷ്യപത്രമോ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ അനുവദിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ്, പാസ്പോർട്ട്, ഡ്രൈവിംഗ് ലൈസൻസ്, മറ്റ് അംഗീകൃത തിരിച്ചറിയൽ രേഖ എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒന്ന് സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്.
3. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യം പണമായി ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
4. ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞശേഷം അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
5. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുക വാഗ്ദാനംചെയ്യുന്ന ആളുടെ പേരിൽ വിൽപ്പന താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും മറ്റ് ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതും ടി ദർഘാസുകാർ നൽകിയ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട രേഖകൾ വിൽപ്പന സ്ഥിരീകരിക്കുന്ന തിനായി മേലധികാരികൾക്ക് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതു മായിരിക്കും. വിൽപ്പന സംബന്ധിച്ച് സർക്കാരിന്റെ ഉത്തരവ് അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും.
6. ഉയർന്ന ദർഘാസ്/ലേലസംഖ്യ നിരതദ്രവ്യ സംഖ്യയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതലാണെങ്കിൽ ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സംഖ്യയുടെ 50% (നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ലേലം/ദർഘാസ് സംഖ്യ നിരതദ്രവ്യ സംഖ്യയിൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ കൂടുതൽ അടച്ച തുക വിജയിയായ ലേലം/ദർഘാസുകാരന് ദർഘാസ്/ ലേല ദിവസം തന്നെ തിരിച്ചു നൽകുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ തുക വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തയാൾ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 50% (നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഉൾപ്പെടെ) അടയ്ക്കാൻ വീഴ്ചവരുത്തിയാൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതാണ്.
7. വിൽപ്പന അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പ് കിട്ടി 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം ബാക്കി ലേലസംഖ്യയും നിയമാനുസൃത നികുതിയും അടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. ലേലക്കാർ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നപക്ഷം പിഴപ്പലിശയും തറ വാടകയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് 15 ദിവസംകൂടി അനുവദിക്കുന്ന തായിരിക്കും. ആയതിനുശേഷം അവധി അനുവദി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഈ സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ നീക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത വാഹനം മുൻലേലക്കാരൻെറ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ പുനർലേലം ചെയ്തു വില്പന നടത്തുന്നതും മുൻലേലത്തുക സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽക്കൂട്ടുന്നതുമാണ്. പുനർലേലംകൊ≠് സർക്കാരിന് ഏതെങ്കിലും വിധത്തിലുള്ള നഷ്ടം വരികയാണെങ്കിൽ പ്രസ്തുത നഷ്ടം മുൻ ലേലക്കാരനിൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
8. ദർഘാസ് സംബന്ധിച്ച് വനം വകുപ്പിൽ നിലവിലുളള പൊതുനിയമങ്ങളും മറ്റ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസ്/ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും.
9. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിൽ വയ്ക്കുന്ന വാഹനങ്ങളിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നതിനും പുതിയവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതിനും മേലധികാരിക്ക് അവകാശ മു≠ായിരിക്കും.

1. വിൽപ്പനയിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേല ത്തിന്/ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിന് മുമ്പായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനങ്ങൾ ആഫീസ് സമയങ്ങളിൽ പരിശോധിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യം വരുത്തേ≠താണ്. ലേലം ഉറപ്പിച്ചതിനുശേഷം വാഹനത്തെ സംബന്ധിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു പരാതിയും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
2. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ആഫീസർ അനുവദിച്ച സാക്ഷ്യപത്രമോ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ അനുവദിച്ച തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡോ, പാസ്പ്പോർട്ടിന്റെ പകർപ്പോ സഹിതം അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠ താണ്.
3. ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കാതെ നേരിട്ട് ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടു ക്കുന്നവർ ലേല ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിയ്ക്കകം നി›ിത തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്.

4. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലസംഖ്യ നിരതദ്രവ്യ സംഖ്യയ്ക്ക് തുല്യമോ നിരതദ്രവ്യ സംഖ്യയിൽ കുറവോ ആണ് വരുന്നതെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലസംഖ്യ പൂർണ്ണമായും ലേലദിവസം തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ്/ലേല സംഖ്യ നിരതദ്രവ്യസംഖ്യയിൽ കൂടുതലാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലസംഖ്യയുടെ 50 ശതമാനമോ നിരതദ്രവ്യ സംഖ്യയോ ഏതാണ് അധികമെങ്കിൽ ആ തുക ലേല ദിവസം തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്.
5. ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനും നിരാകരിക്കുന്നതിനും ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ കാരണം ബോധിപ്പിക്കാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്ന തിനും ഉളള അധികാരം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്.
6. വിൽപ്പന അംഗീകരിച്ചതായി അറിയിപ്പുകിട്ടി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം ബാക്കി ലേലസംഖ്യകളും നിയമാനുസൃതമുളള നികുതികളുമടച്ച് വാഹനം നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

(5)7698/2008 നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം 16-12-2008-ലെ കേരള ഗസററിൽ പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിച്ച പൊതു ലേലനിബന്ധനകൾ ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. സർക്കാർ തടി ഡിപ്പോകളിൽ അതാതു കാലത്ത് നിലവിൽവരുന്ന പൊതു ലേലവ്യവസ്ഥകൾ ഈ ലേലത്തിനും ബാധകമാ യിരിക്കും.

3. ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേല സമയത്തിനു മുമ്പായി 2,000 (ര≠ായിരം)രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
4. കോടതി അനുമതി വാങ്ങിയശേഷം ലേലം ചെയ്യുന്ന തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും ലേല ദിവസം തന്നെ ഒടുക്കേ≠താണ്.
5. ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ചെടുത്ത തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വില 20,000 (ഇരുപതിനായിരം) രൂപയിൽ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും അതിൽ കൂടുതൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ മൊത്തം ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 35% വില, കുറഞ്ഞത് 20,000 രൂപയും കൂടിയത് 1,00,000 രൂപയും എന്ന കണക്കിൽ ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടനെ കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ ≠താണ്.
6. ദർഘാസ്/ലേലം സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി വിവരം അറിയിക്കുന്ന തീയതിമുതൽ ര≠ുമാസത്തിനകം (60 ദിവസം) ബാക്കി വിലയും നിലവിലുളള വില്പന നികുതി, വനവികസന നികുതി, ആദായ നികുതി എന്നിവയും ഒടുക്കി തൊ≠ി സാധനങ്ങൾ നീക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.
