Competitive postal tenders in sealed covers superscribing the name of work is invited under two cover system for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the Superintending Engineer , N. H. Central Circle , Kochi , Vyıtila from "A" class or equivalent registered contractors (individual/firm) of the Kerala Public Works Department upto 4p. m. on 25-3-2009 . Technical bids shall be opened by the Superintending Engineer or by an authorized officer on the same day at 4.30 p . m. in the presence of tenderers present . The Department will not be responsible in any way for the non- receipt of tenders in time due to the postal or any other delay .

The technical bid will be examined and decided by the Chief Engineer's Tender Committee and qualified bidders will be intimated . Financial bid. of pre-qualified bidders shall be opened after notifying the date and time to the qualified bidders .

Technical bid and financial bid and EMD shall be enclosed in separate covers superscribing "Technical Bid " and " Financial Bid " as the case may be and both covers along with the cover containing E.E. M. D. and preliminary agreement shall be enclosed in a single sealed envelope Superscribing the name of work.

All other conditions in Kerala P. W. D. are applicable to this tender also .

4. No tender on joint venture is acceptable .

7. The rates quoted by the tenderer will be final and there would be no post- tender negotiations regarding the quoted rates .

8. A pre -bid meeting will be held at 11 a.m. on 19-3-2009 at the office of the undersigned.

4. സംയുക്‌‌ത സംരംഭത്തിൻറെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

5. കരാറു കാർ പ്രവൃത്തി സമയപരിധി ക്കുളളിൽ തീർക്കാനാവശ്യമായ പ്രോഗ്രാം ചാർട്ട് ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

6. ദർഘാസ് പറങ്ങിയതിൻറ വില അടച്ച രസീതുകൂടി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം വയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് .

7. കരാറുകാരൻ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ അന്തിമമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് തിനുശേഷം നിരക്കുകളിൽ യാതൊരുവിധ നീക്കു പോക്കുകളും ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

8. പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻദർഘാസ് യോഗം ഈ ഓഫീസിൽവച്ച് 19-3-2009 , 11 മണിക്ക് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Tender forms shall be issued only to those tenderer (individual/ firm) who produce certificate to this effect issued by the concerned Executive Engineer .
