SHORT TENDER NOTICE No. GVCH/T/2008-09 .
19th February 2009 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Coconuts , Fruits , Vegetables , Non- vegetable items , Bakery items , Flour items , Provisions , Fire wood etc. to the Govt . Victoria College Hostels for the period from 1-6-2009 to 30-4-2010.
The last date fixed for the receipt of tenders in this office will be 3 p.m. on 13-5-2009 and the tenders will be opened at 3.15 p.m. on the same date in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p.m. on 12-5-2009 and the price fixed for a form is Rs . 1,100.

ടെണ്ടർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 2009 മാസം 13-ാം തീയതി പകൽ 3 களரி വരെയാകുന്നു . അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.15 - ന് തന്നെ സന്നിഹിതരായിരിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി ദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . 12-5-2009 പകൽ 2 മണി വരെ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങ ളിലും ടി ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 1,100 രൂപയ്ക്ക് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ വാർഡൻ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
