Sealed competitive superscribed tenders are invited from competent suppliers/dealers to supply of Laboratory Centrifuge with Digital Speed Meter, Timer, Brake, Imbalance Detector and Lid lockbut with 6x50 ml swing out head with graduated glass tubes to the Central Soil Ana- lytical Laboratory , Parottukonam.

Tenders will be accepted till 20-3-2009, 2 p. m. and will be opened on 20-3-2009 at 3.30 p. m. in the presence of tenderers if present.

Filled up tenders along with Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 2,000 payable at S.B.T., Pathanamthitta as Demand Draft in the name of the undersigned may be submitted. Preliminary agreement in Rs. 50 Stamp Paper also be submitted dealing the spare parts availability servicing and warranty for not less than 3 years.

The equipment should be supplied within one week of receipt of supply order at proposed place.

The Principal Agricultural Officer has the right to postpone or to reject tender without any reason. Late tenders will not be accepted and tenders are not transferable.

1. The brochure containing the details of equipment and copy of the Dealership license should be enclosed along with the tender.

2. Separate rate shall be quoted for U.V. Spectro Photometer (Single Beam) with software and Computer with necessary accessories like Printer, UPS, Keyboard, Mouse etc.

3. The after sales services, details should be enclosed.

The Authority for approval of the tender is Director of Agriculture, Thiruvananthapuram. The equipment shall be supplied at State Agmark Grading Lab, Pathanamthitta within 7 days of the date of receipt of the supply order issued from this office.

All the terms and conditions for Government tenders are applicable for this tender also.

2. ടെ≠ർ ഫോമിനൊപ്പം പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ കൃഷി ഓഫീസറുടെ പേരിൽ സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂർ, പത്തനംതിട്ടയിൽ മാറാവുന്ന 2,000 രൂപയുടെ സെക്യൂരിറ്റി ഡെപ്പോസിറ്റും 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക എഗ്രിമെന്റും ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited from authorized firms/direct company/branch (preferably ISO Certified) for the supply of End- Over-End Shaker with specifications attached below, to Regional Soil Analytical Laboratory, Alappuzha.

Approximate Cost— Rs. 32,000.

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of End-Over-End Shaker" addressed to the Senior Chemist, Regional Soil Analytical Laboratory, Avalookkunnu P. O., Alappuzha-688 006 so as to reach the undersigned at 5 p.m. on or before 20-3-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted. Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram to obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 783 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 20-3-2009. Cheques, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount of Rs. 50 by money order to cover postal charges. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 450 per copy.

Intending tenders should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rates as Earnest Money Deposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs. 50.
