G. O. (Rt . ) No.223/ 08/Fin .
Thiruvananthapuram , 9th January 2008.
(ii) Sanction is accorded for the re - deployment of one post of Junior Superintendent from the District Treasury , Thrissur , one post of Treasurer from the Sub Treasury , Thrissur and five posts of Accountants out ofwhich 2 posts will be from the district Treasury , Thrissur , two posts from the Additional Sub Treasury , Thrissur and the remaining one post from Sub Tresury, Thrissur .
Read.-( 1 ) G.O. (Rt . ) No. 6685/ 07 /Fin dated 6-9-2007.
(iii) Sanction is accorded for installation of a telephone.
(2) Letters No. Al /2240/2006 dated 31-5-2007 , 1-8-2007 and 19-11-2007 from the Director of Treasuries , Thiruvananthapuram.
(iv) A permanent advance of Rs . 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) is sanctioned to the Sub Treasury Officer, Cherpu .
3. The Home Department will issue necessary orders for posting Police Constable for guard duty in the Sub Treasury at Cherpu in Thrissur District .
In the Government Order read as Ist paper above , Administrative Sanction was accorded for opening a new Banking Sub - Treasury at Cherpu in Thrissur District.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Director of Treasuries in his letters read as 2nd paper above, Government are pleased to issue the following orders also.
4. The Superintendent of Government Presses , Thiruvananthapuram will include the name of Sub Treasury at Cherpu in Thrissur District in the list of Government Offices and will arrange to supply Government Gazette to the Sub Treasury regularly.
(i) The minimum cash balance of the Sub- Treasury, Cherpu is fixed as Rs . 5,00,000 ( Rupees five lakh only) for the first 7 days , Rs . 3,00,000 ( Rupees three lakh only) for the next 7 days and Rs . 2,00,000 (Rupees two lakh only) for the remaining days of everymonth .
