NOTIFICATION
G. O. (Rt.) No. 916/2009/RD. Dated, Thiruvananthapuram, 4th March 2009.
In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 12 of the Malabar Temple Employees Welfare Fund Scheme 1993 issued in Notification No. G. O. (Ms) 276/1993/RD dated 25th June 1993, the Government of Kerala hereby reconstitute the Malabar Temple Employees Welfare Fund Board with the following members for a period of three years.
1. The Commissioner,
Malabar Devaswom Board, Kozhikode — Chairman
2. Shri K. Venu, — Member nominated Lokanarkavu Temple, Vadakara, from among the Kozhikode District Executive Officers
3. Shri Santhosh, P.
Guest Room Officer, Thirunelli Temple, Wayanad District
4. Shri K. Haridas,
Members nominated by Government from among the temple employees
Vadyam Artist, Kunnummal Bhagavathi Temple, Kakkattil, Kozhikode District

Explanatory Note
(This does not form part of the notification, but is intended to indicate its general purport.)
Government have introduced a scheme for the Welfare of the Temple Employees Welfare Fund and this was published vide G. O. (Rt.) No. 276/1993/RD. dated 25-6-1993. The term of the Board constituted as per G. O. (Rt.) No. 5067/2005/RD. dated 27-8-2005 expired on 26-8-2008. Now Government have decided to reconstitute the Board.
This notification is intended to achieve the above object.
