Read:—(1) Proceedings No. EB (5) 33485/2006 (2) dated 20-10-2006 of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.

The Provisional Seniority List of Junior Inspectors/Auditors for the period from 4-10-2000 to 31-10-2000 as per proceedings read above was circulated and its finalisation is in progress.

Now, a Provisional Seniority List of Junior Inspectors/Auditors for the period from 1-11-2000 to 31-3-2004 is enclosed. As in the case of direct recruitment through Kerala Public Service Commission, the seniority is assigned on the basis of the date of advice and in the case of by transfer appointment from among Upper Division Clerks/Upper Division Typists, the seniority is assigned on the basis of their promotion and regularisation in the concerned posts.

The Controlling Officers should bring the list to the notice of the officers concerned and should be acknowledged.

The objections, if any to the rank and seniority assigned in the Provisional list enclosed should be filed within one month, from the date of publication of this list, with full particulars.
