Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Public Address System to S. N. G. S. College , Pattambi for Rs . 33,000 .
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Public Address System for tho year 2008-09 under UGC Fund " and addressed ti The Principal , S. N.G. S. College, Pattambe P. O. Mele Pattambi , Pin- 679 306. Last date for thes receipt of tender is 2 p.m. on 30-3-2009 . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Sree Neelakanda Government Sanskrit College, Pattambi , P.O. Mele Pattambi , Pin- 679 306 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tender should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accom- panied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (Rs . 400+ S. T. ) which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . Rs. 50 extra for sending forms by post . The tender forms are not transferable .
