TENDER NOTICE
No. R-662/2009

Competitive tenders in sealed envelops are invited by the undersigned for the supply of one TT Table with net at Anappady ( ITTA Approved)- 1 No. from reputed Manufacturers /Authorised suppliers to Parambikulam Wildlife Division , Palakkad.
E.M.D.-1 %.
Approximate value-Rs . 40,000 . Price of tender form Rs . 150+ VAT .
The tender form and other particulars and detailed specification are obtained from the office of the undersigned from 23-3-2009 to 26-3-2009 (up to 1 p.m. ) on application in writting on payment of the value of the tender form and schedule (Not Refundable) either in cash or by money order . The tender will be opend by the undersigned on 26-3-2009 at 4 p.m. on the same day in the presence of Tenderers /Authorised Officers who are present at that time . In the event of the day specified for tender receipt and opening being declared as holiday for the purchasers office , the next working day will be the day for submission of the tender and opening at the time prescribed . If the tender could not be held on 26-3-2009 , it willbe held on 28-3-2009 . The successful tenderers will have to execute an agreement on Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 along with tender . Late and defective tenders will not be accepted .
The undersigned reservs the right to cancel the tenders in unavoidable circumstances without stating any reason thereof . The tender without agreement and EMD willbe rejected .
CONDITIONS
1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes conveyances etc.
2. Payment will be made by cheques after the successful completion of the work.

ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണങ്ങളും സ്‌പെസിഫിക്കേഷനും മററ് വിശs വിവരങ്ങളും ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 23-3-2009 മുതൽ 26-3-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻറെ വില ഒരാക്കും പണമായോ മണി ഓർഡറായാ ( മടക്കികൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല ) രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ 26-3-2009 - ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് താഴെ ഒപ്പുവച്ച ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥൻ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽവെച്ച് ഹാജരുള്ള അംഗീകൃത ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നും പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെണ്ടർ നടക്കാതിരുന്നാൽ അടുത്തപ്രവർത്തി ദിവസം നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും വീണ്ടും ടെണ്ടർ നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ടെണ്ടർ 26-3-2009-m നടക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 28-3-2009- ന് നടക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ഒപ്പുവെച്ച ഒരു പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടിയും സമർപ്പിക്കേ ഞതാണ് . അപൂർണ്ണവും നിശ്‌ചിതസമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കാ ത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
നിബന്ധനകൾ
1. ദർഘാസ് തുക എല്ലാവിധ നികുതികളും കൺവെയൻസും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം .
2. സംധനങ്ങൾ പൂർണ്ണമായും പ്രവർത്തനക്ഷമ മാക്കിയതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ തുക നൽകുക
