I do hereby certify in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 7 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act 1969 (Act 21 of 1969) that the following Society the particulars which is furnished in the categorical statement is registered by me as a Co-operative Society under the said act. On the basis of limited liability and that the bye-laws of the undermentioned society is also hereby registered under the said section.
Categorical Statement
Eeliyodu Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Limited No. SIND(Q) 402, Edakkidam was ordered for liqui- dation as per the order read as 1st paper above and the period of subsequently liquidation has been extended vide order cited 2nd. The Liquidator took charge of the affairs of the society on 14-3-2001 and claim notice was issued on 17-3-2001. Statutory audit was conducted upto 2000-01 and the remaining upto the last General Body on 27-7-2005 was audited by Deputy Registrar, District Industries Centre, Kollam. No financial assistance was sanctioned to the society from Government or other agencies by way of loan or grant. As per the audited balance sheet, the liquidator collected all assets and discharged all liabilities and submitted a proposal to allot the surplus fund of Rs. 1,858 (Rupees one thousand eight hundred and fifty eight only) to Pathanapuram Taluk Reed Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S.IND(Q) 72 which has been undergone liquidation and the same has been approved by General Manager, District Industries Centre, Kollam. After clearing all liabilities, the liquidator has submitted the final wind up proposal along with the recommendation to cancel the registration of Eeliyodu Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. SIND(Q) 402.
ORDER
In the above circumstances stated above, the proposal of the liquidator for the final winding up of Eeliyodu Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. SIND(Q) 402 is hereby accepted and I do hereby orders the affairs of the said society is finally wound up and its registration is cancelled under section 74 of the KCS Act 1969. The liquidator will keep the records and registers of the society for 3 years from the date of this order and thereafter shall destroy on getting prior permission from the Registrar.
