SHORT TENDER NOTICE
9thMarch 2009 .
No. B3-70/2009 .
Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals to the Depart- ment of Polymer Chemistry of Government College , Attingal for the year 2008-09 under the UGG Scheme for Rs . 42,000 (Rupees Forty Two Thousand only) .
The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply ofLab Equipments and Chemicals 2008-09 " and should be addressed to the Principal, Government College, Attingal . The last date and time of receipt of tenders by the Principal is on or before 20-4-2009, 1 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 2 p . m . on 20-4-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
on Intending tenderers can have tender forms on demand from the Principal , Government College, Attingal upto 2 p.m. on all working days on payment of Rs . 156 ( including VAT ) . Duplicate tender forms , if required will be issued payment of Rs . 104 ( including VAT) , per copy . The ender forms are not transferable . Those who tare intending to obtain the tender forms by post should submit their request with a self addressed and large envelope affixing postage stamp of Rs . 27 .
Money Order alone will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Sale of tender foms will be closed at 12.30 p.m. on 20-4-2009 .
An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 is to be executed while submitting the tenders . EMD is required @ 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tender and should be submitted by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Governmentnent College , Attingal. Further details if any required can be had from the college office from 10a.m. to 5 p.m. on all working days .
2008-09 വർഷത്തിലേക്ക് ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഗവൺമെന്റ് കോളേജിൽ നാൽപ്പത്തി രണ്ടായിരം രൂപയിൽ (42,000 രൂപ) അധികരിക്കാതെ പോളിമെർ കെമിസ്ട്രി ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറിലേക്ക് ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങളും രാസപദാർത്ഥങ്ങളും സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു .
ലബോറട്ടറി ഉപകരണങ്ങളും രാസ പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ എന്ന വിലാസത്തിലയ്ക്കേണ്ട ദർഘാസുകളടങ്ങിയ കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിൽ പദാർത്ഥങ്ങളും ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ് 2008-09 " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 20-4-2009 , 1 മണിവരെ ആയിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസുകൾ 2008-09 എന്ന ഷാഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിര നൽകിയിട്ടുളളവരുടെയോ അവർ നിർദേശിച്ചിട്ടുളള പ്രതിനിധികളുടേയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ അന്നേദിവസം 2 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് , ഡി.ഡി ,, സ്ററാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ഒരു ശതമാനം ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത ത്തിൽ കരാറും ആകെ വിലയുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ( പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറെ പേരിൽ ഡി.ഡി. എടുത്തത് ) ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് .
കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജാഫീസിൽനിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .

Last date and time for the receipt of the tender is 8-4-2009 at 1 p . m . and will be opened at 2 p . m. on the same day.
Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal , obtain the required forms . The price fxed for the tender forms is Rs . 400 (Rs . 200 for duplicate).
The tender forms are not transferable . The cost of the tender forms once remitted, is not refundable .
Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p . m . on 6-4-2009 . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Order's Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost tender forms . Only cash remittance of money orders alone will be accepted . In addition to the cost, postage charge of Rs . 36 for sending the tender form may also be send by money order .
Every tenderer should be accompanied by an agreement made in the prescribed form in a Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. Further details can be had from College Office on all working days .
