The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender No. 5 /2008-09 ( KNC4-1249/08) for the supply of equipments for NWFP semi processing unit at Konni " and addressed to the undersigned.
If the tender date is declared as a holiday the tender process will be done on the next working day at same time and place .
Intending tenderers may apply to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender form in which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remit- ance of above prices fixed for the same and which is non refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable. Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in cash or by money order of Rs . 450+VAT. No payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Order or D/D will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . The forms will not be sent by VPP. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to payment of Rs . 100 in additional cost of tender form . As per conditions , the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper value of Rs . 50 and EMD at 1 % of the total cost of articles tendered. Tenderers participating from out side the state shall submit along with the tender forms an additional amount of Rs . 85 instead of Kerala Stamp paper. Rules and Regulations relating to Government Departments are applicable in this case also . Tenders not accompanied by agreement or tender form or EMD will be rejected.
