Tenders , sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of Equipments for Chemical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College, Thrissur .

Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. D2-68/2008 for the supply of Equipments for Chemical Engineering Department" and addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College , Thrissur, Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 17-4-2009 , 2 p.m. The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 18-4-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal, Government Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 450+Postal charge the price fixed for the requisite tender form . Duplicate form if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy . Tender forms are not transferable . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 17-4-2009 .

in Cost of tender forms should be remitted either cash or by Money Order Rs . 450+ Postal Charge. No other payments through Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. The forms will not be sent by V.P.P.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments for Industrial and Power Electronics Lab of AEI Engineering Department ofGovernment Engineering College , Kozhikode- 5 as per list attached.

The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. P1 / 13 /2008-09 due on 27-4-2009 at 3 p . m . and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 27-4-2009 at 3 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders willbe opened at 11 a . m . on 28-4-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time .

Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 788 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non- refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be closed at 2 p. m. on 25-4-2009 . Drafts , Cheques,ques , Postage Stamps eto .eto . will not be accepted towards the cost of forms , nor will the form be sent per V.P.P.7.P.P. As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs . 50 and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs . 838 including VAT by Money Order to the undersigned . Those who want duplicate tender form by post Rs . 500 + VAT per copy.
