മാനസിക വൈകല്യമുള്ള കല്ലിയൂർ വില്ലേജിൽ മേലെകുന്നത്ത് വീട്ടിൽ ഓമന മകൾ ജയശോഭയുടെ ഗാർഡി യനായും ടിയാളുടെ വസ്തുവകകൾ നോക്കിനടത്തുന്ന മാനേ ജർ ആയും എന്നെ നിയമിച്ചു കിട്ടാൻവേ≠ി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഒന്നാം അഡീഷണൽ ജില്ലാ കോടതിയിൽ ഫയൽ ചെയ്ത ടി കേസ് 21-3-2009-ന് വിചാരണ വച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. ടി നമ്പർ കേസിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ആക്ഷേപം ഉള്ളപക്ഷം 21-3-2009-ന് നേരിട്ടോ അഭിഭാഷകൻ മുഖേനയോ ആക്ഷേപം ഫയൽ ചെയ്യേ≠തും അല്ലാത്തപക്ഷം വാദസംഗ തികളെ നി›യിക്കുമെന്നും വ്യവഹാരം ആർക്കും ആക്ഷേപമി ല്ലഎന്നുക≠് അന്യായം തീർച്ച ചെയ്യുന്നതാണെന്നുള്ള വിവരം ഇതിനാൽ തെര്യപ്പെടുത്തിക്കൊള്ളുന്നു.
