all the candidates included in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in this list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .
The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation ) Test held on 31-5-2007 and verification of Original Documents of candidates included in the probability list published on 11-3-2008 for the Post of Ayah ( Category No. 80/2006) on Rs . 2610-3680 (PR) in Various Departments in Ernakulam District arranged in the order of merit . This Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 3-6-2008 .
According to the existing procedure re - valuation of answer scripts is not allowed . But answer scripts willbe re-checked if the candidates apply for it along with a chalan receipt for the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head ofAccount "0051 - PSC 105 State PSC 99 - Examination Fee" . The applications for re- checking with the original chalan receipts should reach the District Officer , K. P. S. C. District Office, Ernakulam within one month from the date on which this Notification is officially released by the Public Service Commission . Applications for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained . The fee once remitted will not be refunded.

new The List will be in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier . Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable , against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurance of vacancies , there is no guarantee that 184

Entries are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their applications and proved with necessary documents . The candidates whose communi- ties have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their applications should intimate the fact to the District Officer , K. P. S. C. District Office , Ernakulam within one month from the date of publication of this list to get the benefit of reserva- tion to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies , if any, the candidates will be advised on the basis fcommunities specified in the list .
Note: The candidates who have secured 85 marks and above in the Objective Type ( OMR Valuation) Test held on 31-5-2007 , included in the Main List of the Ranked List.
