സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ 1988 ഏപ്രിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നടത്തിയ സിവിൽ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് ഡിπോമാ പരീക്ഷയിൽ കൊട്ടിയം എസ്. എൻ. പോളിടെക്നിക്കിൽ നിന്നും 10337 രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ പ്രകാരം പാസ്സായ ശ്രീമതി ലീലാ കൃഷ്ണപിള്ള, കെ. എന്നവർക്ക് നൽകിയ ഡിπോമാ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് നഷ്ടപ്പെട്ടു പോയിരിക്കുന്നു. ആർക്കെങ്കിലും ഈ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കിട്ടിയിട്ടു≠െങ്കിൽ അത് സാങ്കേതിക പരീക്ഷാ കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-40 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയച്ചുതരുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യപ്പെടുന്നു.
പുതിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കൊടുക്കുന്നതിൽ ആർക്കെങ്കിലും പരാതി ഉ≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ പരസ്യ തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for providing Storage Cabinets and Counters for Office of Government Engineering College, Kozhikode-5.

The tender should be superscribed as Tender No. P1/14/2008-09 due on 29-4-2009 at 3 p.m. and addressed to the undersigned to reach him before 29-4-2009 at 3 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 11 a. m. on 30-4-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned to obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 675 including VAT which is the price fixed for the same and which is non-refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 2 p. m. on 28-4-2009. Drafts, Cheques, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs. 338 including VAT per copy.
As per tender condition the tenderer should send along with his tender an agreement executed and signed in Kerala Stamp Paper of value Rs. 50. and an EMD of 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered. Tenders without agreement and EMD will be rejected. Those who want the tender form by post should send Rs. 725 including VAT by Money Order to the undersigned. Outside firms who desire to get Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs. 60 along with the cost of tender forms.

ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന കവറിന് മുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ പി. 1/14/2008-09, തീയതി ഇവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന് 29-4-2009-ാം തീയതി് 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-4-2009-ന് രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ച ആളുകളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ആധികാരികമായി തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 675 രൂപ (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) വില നൽകി ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങേ≠താണ്. 28-4-2009-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവ ശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റേജ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. വി.പി.പി. ആയി ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല. ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ഒരു പ്രതിക്ക് 338 രൂപ (നികുതി ഉൾപ്പെടെ) കൂടി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസ് നിയമമനുസരിച്ച് ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുമ്പോൾ ദർഘാസിനൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സമ്മതപത്രവും 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും വയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. സമ്മതപത്രവും നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഇല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽ വഴി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ 725 രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെന്റ ് എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് കോളേജ്, വെസ്റ്റ്ഹിൽ പി. ഒ., കോഴിക്കോട്-673 005 എന്ന പേരിൽ അയച്ചുതരേ≠താണ്. കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനിക്കാർക്ക് കേരള മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 60 രൂപകൂടി അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

RE-TENDER/AUCTION NOTICE
No. B1/1275/05 (D2 Auction). 11th March 2009.
Sealed tenders are invited for auction of trees that have fallen down, likely to fall down and certain branches of trees that belongs to the Government Polytechnic College, Kannur. The tenders should be sealed and write the Tender No. "B1/1275/05 (D2 Auction) of trees regarding" on the cover.
Last date and time of receipt of tender forms—
27-4-2009, 3 p. m. (Monday).
Date and time of opening of tender—28-4-2009, 12 Noon (Tuesday).
Tender form can be obtained from the Office of the Government Polytechnic College, Kannur by hand for Rs. 450 (Rupees Four hundred and fifty only) including tax or by way of Money Order with an additional charge of Rs. 40 (Rupees forty only) as postal charges. No other way will be there to accept as the cost of tender form. The sale of tender forms will be closed on 27-4-2009 at 1 p. m. No tender will be accepted thereafter in any circumstances.
Those who have submitted tenders along with Crossed DD for Rs. 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the name of Principal, GPTC, Kannur can participate in the auction at 11 a.m. before opening tender. The rate obtained through auction will be compared with the tender rate and the highest rate will be fixed. The bidder should pay 5% of the total amount as security deposit, on the day itself.
Bidder should pay the total amount on the day itself and remove the wood within two week from the date of auction, without causing any damage to the property of the Institution. If the wood is not removed within the stipulated time period, the losses incurred will be rcovered from the party.
The wood can be checked on all working days.
Decision of the Principal, regarding Tender/Auction will be last and final.
