SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. D2-1281/2009.

Tenders sealed with sealing wax are invited for the supply of Equipments to Chemical Engineering Department of Government Engineering College , Thrissur.
Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. D2-121 /2008 for the supply of Equipments for Chemical Engineering Department " and addressed to the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur , Kerala . The last date for the receipt of tender is 17-4-2009 , 2 p . m . The tenders will be opened at 11 a.m. on 18-4-200918-4-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representativer who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form from the Principal , Government Engineering College, Thrissur on cash remittance of Rs . 450 the price fixed for the requisite tender form. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy . Tender forms are not trans- ferable. The sale of tender forms will be closed at 12 Noon on 17-4-2009 .
Cost of tender forms should be remitted either in Cash or by Money Order Rs . 450. Postal charges . No other payment through Cheques , Postage Stamps, Postal Orders or Demand Drafts will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . forms will not be sent by V. P. P. The
The offer should be valid for a minimum period of six months from the date of opening the tenders . No advance payments will be given . Tenders without EMD will not be accepted .
