petitioner herein

WHEREAS Sri Francis Albert the Father and natural
guardian of Finold Francis and Febin Francis who are the
petitioners 2 and 3 in the above OP (G & W) residing at
Febin Cottage, TC No. 45/986 (2), Cheriyathura,
Muttathara Village, Thiruvananthapuram Taluk, has applied
before the Honourable Court in the above case to appoint
him as the guardian of minors and to pass an order
permitting him to execute sale deed in respect of the 2nd
and 3rd petitioner 1/6th right each over the property
having an total extent of 11.010 cents as per documents
and 11.570 cents as per possession together with the
proportionate undivided right over the buildings and
all other things attached thereto comprised in
Sy. No. 6/315-1 of Muttathara Village to
K. S. Harikumar, S/o Sivadasan, employed in Videocon
Industries Limited, residing at Kalibari Marg, New Delhi.
It is hereby notified that the objection if any to the grant
of above reliefs should be filed before this court on or be-
fore 18-6-2009 failing which the application would stand
allowed.
