RE - TENDER NOTICE
27th March 2009 .
No. A1-686 /2009.
The details and necessary documents will be obtained from the office of the Wildlife Warden , Thiruvananthapuram on any working days from 24-4-2009 till 1 p.m. of tender date . Tenderender form can be obtained by remitting money either directly or through money order with necessary application . The cost of tender form will not be returned . Tender forms are not transferable . A preliminary agreement in stamp paper worth Rs . 50 in prescribed form should also be submitted along with the tender . The tender without the preliminary agreement will be refused. If the tender date becomes holiday, the tender will be conducted on the next working day .
on Sealed tenders are invited till 3 p.m. 29-4-2009 from approved contractors for the following work by Wildlife Warden , Thiruvananthapuram , Wildlife Division for and on behalf of Governor of Kerala. The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of the bidders present on that date . The tenders can be sent by post also well in advance so as to reach this office in time .
Name of work- Supply of food materials for Elephants at Kottoor Elephant Rehabilitation Centre of Agasthyavanam Biological Park Range during 2009-2010 .
Approximate Estimate Amount Rs . 8 Lakhs .
EMD-Rs . 8,000 .
Cost of tender form Rs . 2,000 +VAT .
കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി തിരുവനന്തപുരം വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് ഡിവിഷനിലെ അഗസ്ത്യവനം ബയോളജിക്കൽ പാർക്ക റെയിഞ്ചിലെ കോട്ടൂർ ആന പുനരധിവാസ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ആനകൾക്ക് 2009-2010 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-4-2009 -ന് പകൽ മൂന്ന് മണിക്ക് വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ മുമ്പായി വാർഡൻെറ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത 348 പരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല. അന്നേ ദിവസം ( 29-4-2009 -ന്) 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
Remarks In case the tender cannot be opened on the notified date it will be opened on next working day at the same time and place.
Qualification of Contractor-Licence in original issued by the local self institution for the supply of food materials to animals is to be produced.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009-2010 വർഷം അഗസ്ത്യവനം ബയോളജിക്കൽ പാർക്ക് റെയിഞ്ചിലെ കോട്ടൂർ ആന പുനരധിവാസ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ആനകൾക്ക് ഭക്ഷണ സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ " എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടു കൂടിയതും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലും മുദ്രവച്ചതുമായിരിക്കണം , ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
Period before which work is to be completed- From the date of agreement to 31-3-2010 .
1. നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ மென. തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം .
2. നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 20 ശതമാനത്തിൽ കുറാതെയുള്ള സോൾവൻസി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് .
3. 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ നിയമാനു സൃതമായ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് . "
നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-4-2009-0 പകൽ 3.30 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ രേഖാമൂലം ചുചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിശ്ചിത ഫോറം ( സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) .വൈൽഡ ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻ , തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തിൻറെ കാര്യാലയ ത്തിൽനിന്നും 24-4-2009 മുതൽ 29-4-2009-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഒരു മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കുപുറമെ നിലവിലുള്ള സ്‌റേറാർപർച്ചേസ് നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയമായിട്ടായിരിക്കണം സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം അസ്സലിന് ഫോറം ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് . 2,000 രൂപയും ( രണ്ടായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും പകർപ്പിന് 1,000 രൂപയും ( ആയിരം രൂപ വീതം ) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർഫോറം കൈമാററം മതിയായ ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യവും മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുളള രേഖകളും ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടില്ലാത്തവരുടെ ക്വാട്ട് ചെയചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ കുട്ടുണ്ടാകിൽപോലും പരിഗണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ചീഞ്ഞുപോകാത്ത ഇനങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പിളു സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
കാരണം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരിക്ക് വിശദമാക്കാതെ ഈ ടെണ്ടർ ๑๐๐๐ വയ്ക്കുവാനും റദ്ദ് നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനും അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ വൈൽഡ്ലൈഫ് വാർഡൻറെ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
ദർഘാസ അന്നേ ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ നടത്താൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം അതേ സമയത്തും സ്‌ഥലത്തും ദർ ഘ൦ സ வலு° മേൽവിവരിച്ച നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. പ്രകാരം
