Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of equipments to 1.T.I. , Dhanuvachapuram under the I.T.D. The details of items to be supplied as per the list attached here with .

Cost of tender forms :
Original Rs . 400 +12.5 % VAT .
Duplicate Rs . 200 + 12.5 % VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender form- 16-4-2009 , 4 p.m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 17-4-2009 , 2 p.m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tender- 17-4-2009, 3 p . m .
are The cost of tender forms will be accepted only by Cash or Money Order. The tender should be superscribed with tender number and date addressed to The Principal, Industrial Training Institute, Dhanuvachapuram . Late tenders will not be accepted . 1% of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as EMD . Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper of Kerala Government worth Rs . 50 (Rupees Fifty only) . Otherwise the tender will not be considered validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of opening of the tenders , otherwise will be rejected. Stamp Paper will be forwarded to the froms outside Kerala if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees seventy five only) separately by Money Order . Tender forms are not transferable .

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വരെ വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുളള കമ്പനി കൾക്ക് മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമുള്ളപക്ഷം 75 രൂപ ( എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ചു രൂപ മാത്രം) മണിയോർഡറായി അയച്ചു തന്നാൽ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രപ്രതം അയച്ചു തരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല .
