Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 333 prescribed cost in cash or by Money Order till 20-4-2009 . No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who required tender forms by post , a sum of Rs . 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money Orders should reach this office at least 10 days prior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded .

സ സ15 /4338 / 2009 / എം.സി.കെ. - സ്‌കിൻ ഗ്രാഫ്‌റ് ഹാൻഡിൽസ് ( ഡോൺസ് )-രണ്ട് ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ 338 രൂപ അടച്ച് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും 20-4-2009 വരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവര 40 രൂപ അധികമായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . മണി ഓർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ് വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പത്രത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .

'' എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം -8 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 21-4-2009 , 4 മണിക്കുമുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 22-4-2009 , 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്" .
