Scaled tenders in the prescribed forms are invited manufactures or from their from the the authorized dealers for the supply and installatio: of Currency Sorting Machine 4 Nos . to Department of Treasuries , Government of Kerala .

Detailed Specification of equipments will be furnished along with tender document . The rate quoted shall be valid for 3 months from the date of signing of the agreement .

The items are to be supplied to specified Treasuries, in the State within 30 days on receipt of the supply order . All items should have 3 years warranty .

Cost of tender form :

Original-Rs . 3,600 + 12.5 % K VAT .

Duplicate- Rs . 1,800 + 12.5 % K VAT .

Date and time of issue of tender forms- 1-1-2009, 10 a.m.

Last date and time of sale of tender form 2-5-2009, 1 p.m.

Lastdate and time of receipt of tenders- 4-5-2009, 3 p . m .

Date and time of opening of tenders- 5-5-2009 , 4 p . m .

Intending bidders can purchase tender forms from the office of the undersigned on payment of Rs. 4,050 in cash as cost of tender form or get it by post on payment of Rs . 4,135 ( Cost of tender form and stamp paper) by Money Order along with a self addressed envelope and a requestfor the supply of tender form. Cheques, Demand Drafts, Postal Orders etc. will notbe accepted nor it will be sent by VPP .

Duplicate copy of the tender form will be issued to firms or individuals who have purchased original forms, but tenders should be submitted original .

EMD which is 1 % of the amount quoted for the quantity required shall be furnished by way ofDemand Draft in favour of the Director of Treasuries payable at Thiruvananthapuram for the fulfilment of the contract . EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be returned within one month after the tenders are finalized and that of the successful bidders will be adjusted into the security deposit .

Everybidder shall furnish preliminary agreement in the prescribed form on Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender .

വിവരം ദർഘാസ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ സ്പെസിഫിക്കേഷൻ വിശദ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിനോ ടൊപ്പം (ട്രഷറി ഡയറക്ടറേററിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തുക കരാർ ഒപ്പു വച്ച ദിവസം മുതൽ മൂന്നുമാസം വരെ പ്രാബല്യ മുളളതായിരിക്കും . ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 30 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം തന്നെ എല്ലാ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കേരളത്തിലെ വിവിധ ട്രഷറികളിൽ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതും ഇൻസ്ററാൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ടാക്സു‌ം ഡ്യൂട്ടിയും പ്രത്യേകം കാണിച്ചിരിക്കണം . ഉപകരണ ങ്ങൾക്കും 3 വർഷത്തെ വാറണ്ടി വേണ്ടതാണ് .

താൽപ്പര്യമുളള ദർഘാസുകാർക്ക് ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം വകുപ്പ് മേധാവിയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ് (വില 1,050 രൂപ ) . തപാൽ മുഖേന ദർഘാസ് ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ സ്വന്തം മേൽവിലാസം എഴുതിയ കവറും 1,135 രൂപയുടെ ( ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തി ൻറയുംയും മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൻറെയും വില) മണിയോർഡറും അയച്ച് അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ചെക്ക് , ഡി.ഡി. പോസ് ററൽ ഓർഡറുകൾ ഇവ ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻറ വിലയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ വി .പി .പി . ആയി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻറെ ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് കോപ്പി ഒറിജിനൽ ഫാറത്തിന്റെ കൂടെ നൽകുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒറിജിനൽ പ്രമാണത്തിൽ തന്നെയാണ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് .

കരാർ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ( ഇ.എം.ഡി. ) (รมว ഡയറക്ടർ , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -36 എന്ന പേരിൽ തിരുവനന്തപുരം നഗരത്തിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാൻറ് ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോ ടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരസിക്കപ്പെട്ട ദർഘാസുകളുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ദർഘാസ് സ്‌ഥിരീകരിച്ച ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതും സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ച ദർഘാസിൻറത സെക്യൂരിററി ഡിപ്പോസിററിൽ വകയിരുത്തുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ഓരോ ബിഡറും കേരളസർക്കാരിന്റെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത ത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനും ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

സംസ്ഥാന ട്രഷറി വകുപ്പിൽ Portable Generator Set ( 1എണ്ണം ) , Air Conditioner ( 1 എണ്ണം) എന്നിവ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായി നിർമ്മാതാക്കളിൽനിന്നു അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻസികളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രണം ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .

നിർദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനും ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
