NOTIFICATION

No. B2-8808/2008. 6th March 2009.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 3 of section 5 of the standards of Weights & Measures (Enforcement) Act, 1985, the Controller of Legal Metrology, Kerala hereby defines the local limits of the person appointed, under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the said Act to exercise his powers and discharge the duties conferred or imposed on him by or under this Act & Standards Act 1976, within the area mentioned against his name in column (2) of the Schedule from the date of assumption of charge.
