G. O. (Rt.) No. 165/2009 /LBR .
Thiruvananthapuram, 5th February 2009 .
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between 1. The President , K. S. R. T. C. Staff Co- operative Bank Limited No. K. 141 , Adam Tower , Star Junction , Kottayam , 2. The Secretary , K. S. R. T. C. Staff Co- operative Bank Limited No. K 141 , Adam Tower , Star Junction , Kottayam and the workmen of the above referred establishment Shri V. Natarajan, Kuzhikkat, Natakam P. O. , Kottayam in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 (1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said Industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Idukki . The industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

1. Whether the dismissal of Shri V. Natarajan , Assistant Secretary , K. S. R. T. C. Staff Co-operative Bank Limited No. K 141 , Kottayam by the management is justifiable ?
2. If not , what relief the workman entitled to ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between 1. The Principal , Government College of Engineering , Kannur -670 564 , 2. The Warden, Government College of Engineering Women's Hostel, Kannur-670 564 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Smt . Devi , w/ o . Balan , Patteri House , Kanul P. O. , Kannur District in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
Andwhereas, in the opinion of Governinent it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferredby section 10 ( 1 ) (c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947 ) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kannur . The Labour Court will pass the award within a period of three months ,
ANNEXURE
non Whether the denial of employment and payment of arrears of minimum wages for the last 6 years to Smt . Devi , Cook , Government College of Engineering Women's Hostel , Kannur by the manage- ment is justifiable ? If not , for what relief she is entitled to ?

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Manager , Cochin Malabar Estate and Industries Limited, Palappilly P. O. , Thrissur and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by the Secretary, Palappilly Rubber Estate Labour Congress ( INTUC) , Reg . No. 294/58 , Palappilly P. O. , Thrissur- 680 304 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the dismissal of Shri P. A. Abdul Kareem, Watchman by the management ofMalabar Estates and Industries Limited is justifiable ? If not what relief he is entitled to gut ?

Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The President , Ramapuram Service Co - operative Bank Limited No. F 1445 , Ramapuram P. O. and the workman of the above referred establishment Smt . K. N. Leela , Vadakkedathu Mana , Ramapuram P. O. in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

Whether the termination of the service of Smt . K. N. Leela , Accountant ,nt, Ramapuram Service Co - operative Bank Limited by the Employer , Ramapuram Service Co-operative Bank Ltd. No. F 1445 is justifiable ? If not , what relief she is entitled to get ?
