2009 മാർച്ച് 16. 2009-2011 അദ്ധ്യയന വർഷത്തേക്ക് ടീച്ചേഴ്സ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് കോഴ്സിന് (ടി. ടി. സി.) താഴെ പറയുന്ന യോഗ്യത യുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. 29-11-1997-ലെ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് (പി) നമ്പർ 471/97/പൊ.വി. പ്രകാരം ടി. ടി. സി. കോഴ്സിന് യോഗ്യത നി›യിക്കുകയു≠ായി. 1-4-2002-ലെ സർക്കാർ കത്ത് നമ്പർ 1139/ഡി3/2002/പൊ. വി. നിർദേശമനുസരിച്ച് ഓരോ ടി. ടി. എെ. യിലും എൻ. സി. ടി. ഇ. നിഷ്ക്കർഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് മാത്രമേ പ്രവേശനം നൽകുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു.

യോഗ്യതകൾ

അപേക്ഷകർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും പരീക്ഷയിൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 50 ശതമാനം മാർക്ക് നേടിയിരിക്കണം.

1. കേരളത്തിലെ ഏതെങ്കിലും യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി നടത്തുന്ന പ്രീഡിഗ്രി അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യമായി അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷ.

2. കേരളത്തിലെ ഹയർ സെക്കന്ററി പരീക്ഷ ബോർഡ് നടത്തുന്ന ഹയർ സെക്കന്ററി പരീക്ഷ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ തത്തുല്യമായി കേരള സർക്കാർ അംഗീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള പരീക്ഷ.

3. ആകെയുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിൽ സയൻസ് വിഭാഗത്തിന് 40 ശതമാനം, ഹ്യൂമാനിറ്റീസ് വിഭാഗത്തിന് 40 ശതമാനം, കോമേഴ്സ് വിഭാഗത്തിന് 20 ശതമാനം എന്നിങ്ങനെ നിജപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

മറ്റു വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ

1. യോഗ്യത പരീക്ഷ പാസ്സാകാൻ മൂന്ന് ചാൻസിൽ കൂടുതൽ എടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളവർ ഈ കോഴ്സിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ അർഹത ഉ≠ായിരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

2. മറ്റു പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് മെരിറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് നി›യിച്ച മാർക്കിൽ ര≠് ശതമാനം ഇളവ് അനുവദിക്കു ന്നതാണ്. പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് മാർക്കിന്റെയും ചാൻസിന്റെയും പരിധി ബാധകമല്ല.

3. അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് 1-7-2009-ൽ 17 വയസ്സിൽ കുറവുള്ളവരോ 33 വയസ്സിൽ കൂടുതലുള്ളവരോ ആകാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധിയിൽ പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് 5 വർഷവും മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് 3 വർഷവും വിമു‡ ഭടൻമാർക്ക് അവരുടെ സൈനിക സേവനത്തിന്റെ കാലയളവും ഇളവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

4. ലക്ഷദ്വീപിൽ നിന്നുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർക്കായി കോഴിക്കോട് ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ടീച്ചേഴ്സ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടുകളിൽ ആൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും പെൺകുട്ടികൾക്കും 5 സീറ്റുകൾ വീതം (5 + 5 =10) സംവരണം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. 29-2-1980-ലെ ജി.ഒ.(ആർ.റ്റി.) 402/80/പൊ.വി. അനുസരിച്ച് മാഹി മേഖലയിലുള്ളവർക്കും 5 (അഞ്ച്) സീറ്റ് സംവരണം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.

5. വിമു‡ ഭടൻമാർക്ക് ഓരോ റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിലും 6 സീറ്റ് വീതം നീക്കി വച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിലേക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ നി›ിത രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഈ 6 സീറ്റുകളിൽ വേ≠ത്ര അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാക്കിയുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് സൈനിക സേവനത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 5 വർഷത്തെ സർവ്വീസിനുശേഷം പിരിഞ്ഞുപോയവരുടെ ഭാര്യമാരേയും അവിവാഹിതരായ മക്കളേയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. അതിലേക്ക് അർഹതപ്പെട്ടവർ ആവശ്യമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ സഹിതം നി›ിത രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. ഓരോ റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിലും 2 സീറ്റുകൾ വീതം ജവാൻമാരുടെ കുടുംബക്കാർക്ക് (ഭാര്യയ്ക്കും അവിവാഹിതരായ മക്കൾക്കും) നീക്കി വച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിലേക്ക് അർഹതപ്പെട്ടവർ ആവശ്യമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ സഹിതം നി›ിത രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷി ക്കേ≠താണ്. തങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിനതീതമായി അഞ്ചു കൊല്ലം തികയാതെ തന്നെ സേവനത്തിൽ നിന്നും പിരിഞ്ഞു പോകേ≠ി വരികയോ മരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്ത ഭടൻമാരുടെ ഭാര്യമാർക്കും അവിവാഹിതരായ മക്കൾക്കും മുകളിൽ കാണിച്ച ര≠് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ അർഹരായ അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സീറ്റുകൾ നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്.

7. മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച (5, 6 ഖണ്ഡികകൾ) ജവാൻമാരോ പട്ടാളത്തിൽ നിന്നും പിരിഞ്ഞ് പോയവരോ അപേക്ഷകനുമായുള്ള ബന്ധം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് തഹശീൽദാരിൽനിന്നുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ ജില്ലാ സൈനിക ബോർഡ് ഓഫീസറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

8. മേൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച 8 സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് (6 + 2) വേ≠ത്ര അർഹതയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാക്കി വരുന്ന സീറ്റുകളിൽ അർഹതയുള്ള മറ്റു വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

9. അംഗവൈകല്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് (അന്ധർ) ഉൾപ്പെടെ മൂന്ന് ശതമാനം സീറ്റ് നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിലേക്ക് അർഹതയുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൾ കൂടി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. [ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) 38/81/ജി. എഡ്യൂ. തീയതി 27-2-1981].

10. സ്പോർട്സ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ എല്ലാ ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് ഇൻസ്റ്റിറ്റ്യൂട്ടിലും ഓരോ സീറ്റു വീതം സ്പോർട്സ് താരങ്ങൾക്കായി നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. [ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ.്) 170/85/പൊ. വി. തീയതി 3-8-1985] അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സ്വീകരിച്ച് 15-5-2009-നകം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉപഡയറക്ടർക്ക് പരിഗണനയ്ക്കായി അയച്ചു കൊടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഈ സീറ്റുകളിലേക്കുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കെ. ഇ. ആർ. അദ്ധ്യായം 25 റൂൾ 7 അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും.

11. സ്പോർട്സ് ക്വാട്ടാ പ്രവേശനത്തിന് സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിലിന് അപേക്ഷ നൽകുന്നതൊഴികെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വിഭാഗത്തിലുംപ്പെട്ട അപേക്ഷകരെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ കോപ്പി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടു≠്. പ്രസ്തുത അപേക്ഷകർ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകളുടെ ഒറിജിനൽ, അപേക്ഷ അറ്റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യുന്ന ഗസറ്റഡ് ഓഫീസറെ കാണിച്ച് ബോദ്ധ്യപ്പെടുത്തേ≠തും പ്രവേശന സമയത്ത് അതാത് സെന്ററിൽ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.

12. സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ (സാധാരണ) 773/93/ഉ.പി. തീയതി 10-5-1993 പ്രകാരം എൻ. സി. സി.

കേഡറ്റുകൾക്ക് 10 മാർക്ക് വെയിറ്റേജ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. എൻ.സി. സി. ഡയറക്ടറേറ്റിൽ നിന്നും ഇത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് നൽകുന്ന വെയിറ്റേജ് സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ് ഉള്ളവർക്ക് മാത്രമേ ഈ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുകയുള്ളു.

13. അപേക്ഷകൾ നി›ിത ഫോറത്തിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉപഡയറക്ടർക്ക് 15-5-2009-ന് മുൻപ് കിട്ടത്തക്ക രീതിയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തോ നേരിട്ട് സമർപ്പിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്.

14. ഭാരത് സ്കൗട്സ് ആന്റ ് ഗൈഡ്സിന്റെ രാജ്യപുരസ്കാർ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ രാഷ്ട്രപതി പുരസ്കാർ നേടിയിട്ടുള്ളവർക്ക് ടി. ടി. സി. പ്രവേശനത്തിന് മുൻഗണന നൽകുന്നതാണ് [27-5-1975-ലെ ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 122/75/പൊതുവിദ്യാഭ്യാസം].

15. ജി. ഒ. (ആർ.റ്റി.) നമ്പർ 2712/2002/പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം, തീയതി 16-8-2002 പ്രകാരം തമിഴ് ടി. ടി. എെ. കളിൽ ആകെയുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിൽ 10 ശതമാനം തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ നിന്നുള്ള ഹയർ സെക്കന്ററി പരീക്ഷ പാസ്സായ കുട്ടികൾക്കായി സംവരണം ചെയ്തി രിക്കുന്നു. കൂടാതെ 13-11-2003-ലെ ജി.ഒ. (ആർ.റ്റി.) 4627/2003/പൊതു വിദ്യാഭ്യാസം പ്രകാരം കേരളത്തിലെ അർഹരായ മുഴുവൻ കുട്ടികൾക്കും തമിഴ് ടി.ടി.എെ. കളിൽ അഡ്മിഷൻ നൽകിയതിനുശേഷം ബാക്കി വരുന്ന സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് തമിഴ്നാട്ടിൽ നിന്ന് +2 പാസ്സായ കുട്ടികൾക്ക് അഡ്മിഷൻ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

16. ഒരു അപേക്ഷകൻ ഒരു റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിൽ മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ ജില്ലകളിലേക്ക് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ അങ്ങനെയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകൾ നിരസിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതാണ്. അഥവാ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെട്ടാൽ അത് റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ്. ഒരു ജില്ലയിൽ മാത്രമേ അപേക്ഷിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളൂ എന്ന സത്യപ്രസ്താവന അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം നൽകണം.

17. അപേക്ഷയിൽ കോളങ്ങൾ ഒന്നും പൂരിപ്പിക്കാതെ ഒഴിവാക്കിയിടാൻ പാടില്ല. ബാധകമല്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാധകമല്ല എന്നെഴുതേ≠താണ്.

18. മൈനോറിറ്റി കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി വിഭാഗങ്ങൾ നടത്തുന്ന ടി. ടി. എെ. കളിൽ 50 ശതമാനം സീറ്റുകൾ പൊതുമെരിറ്റടിസ്ഥാനത്തിലും ബാക്കി വരുന്ന 50 ശതമാനം സീറ്റുകൾ അതാത് മൈനോറിറ്റി കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റി വിഭാഗത്തിൽ നിന്നും യോഗ്യതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാ നത്തിലും പ്രവേശനം നൽകേ≠താണ്. മൈനോറിറ്റി വിഭാഗത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടാത്ത എയ്ഡഡ് സ്ക്കൂളുകളിൽ 20 ശതമാനം സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് മാനേജർമാർ അർഹതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ പ്രവേശനം നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള അർഹത നി›യിക്കുന്നത് താഴെ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡം അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും.

(എ) യോഗ്യതാ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ച മാർക്ക്—80%

(ബി) ഇന്റർവ്യൂവിൽ ലഭിച്ച മാർക്ക്—10 %

(സി) സ്പോർട്സ്/ഗെയിംസ്/യൂത്ത് ഫെസ്റ്റിവൽ എന്നിവയിൽ വിവിധ കലകളിൽ താഴെ കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്ന മുൻഗണനാ ക്രമമനുസരിച്ച് പ്രാഗൽഭ്യം തെളിയിച്ചവർക്ക്:

1. ദേശീയതലം

2. സംസ്ഥാനതലം

10 %

3. ജില്ലാതലം

4. ഉപജില്ലാതലം

19. കെ.ഇ.ആർ. അദ്ധ്യായം 25 അനുസരിച്ച് 5 ശതമാനം സീറ്റുകൾ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ ് ക്വാട്ടയിലെ അപേക്ഷകർക്കായി നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റൽ ക്വാട്ടയിൽ നി›ിത അപേക്ഷകർ ഇല്ലെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം ബാക്കി സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് പൊതു ക്വാട്ടയിൽ അഡ്മിഷൻ നൽകാവുന്നതാണ്.

20. 2009-2011 അദ്ധ്യയന വർഷത്തെ ടി. ടി. സി. പ്രവേശനത്തിന് πസ്ടു/പ്രീഡിഗ്രിക്ക് ഇക്കൊല്ലം പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിയവർക്കും അപേക്ഷിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 15-5-2009 ആണ്.

21. (എ) ഓരോ ജില്ലയിലേയും അപേക്ഷകരിൽനിന്നും മെരിറ്റടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സംവരണതത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി നിലവിലുള്ള സീറ്റിന്റെ എണ്ണത്തേക്കാൾ മൂന്നിരട്ടി പേരുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കി ഇന്റർവ്യൂ നടത്തി മെരിറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിലെ മുഴുവൻ സീറ്റുകളും നികത്തേ≠താണ്.

(ബി) മെരിറ്റിന്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ സംവരണതത്വങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി വെയിറ്റിംഗ് ലിസ്റ്റ് ഉ≠ാക്കുകയും ഓരോ കമ്മ്യൂണിറ്റിയിലുംപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ വെയിറ്റിംഗ് ലിസ്റ്റ് പ്രത്യേകം തയ്യാറാക്കേ≠തുമാണ്. ഓരോ കാറ്റഗറിയിലും മൂന്നിരട്ടി പേരുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കേ≠താണ്. ലിസ്റ്റ് തയ്യാറാക്കുന്നതിന് നിലവിലുള്ള നടപടിക്രമം സ്വീകരിക്കേ≠താണ്.

കൂടിക്കാഴ്ചയ്ക്ക് ഹാജരാകാതെ വരുന്ന അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് പകരമായി ലിസ്റ്റിലെ അടുത്തയാളെ പരിഗണിക്കേ≠തും അന്നേ ദിവസം തന്നെ നികത്തേ≠തുമാണ് [ഗവൺമെന്റ ് ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ 2594/2000/പൊ.വി.(ഡി) വകുപ്പ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം തീയതി 27-6-2000].

അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠ വിധം

1. അപേക്ഷ നി›ിത ഫാറത്തിൽ തന്നെ സമർപ്പിക്കണം. മാതൃകാ അപേക്ഷാഫാറം എല്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർമാരുടെയും ജില്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ആഫീസർമാരുടെയും ഉപജില്ലാ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ആഫീസർമാരുടെയും ആഫീസുകളിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷകളിൽ 5 (അഞ്ച്) രൂപയ്ക്കുള്ള കോർട്ട് ഫീസ് സ്റ്റാമ്പ് നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട സ്ഥാനത്തു ഒട്ടിച്ചിരിക്കണം. അല്ലെങ്കിൽ "0202-01-ജനറൽ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷൻ-102-06" എന്ന അക്കൗ≠് ഹെÕിൽ അഞ്ച് രൂപ ട്രഷറിയിലടച്ച ചെലാൻ രസീത് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കണം. പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗക്കാർ അപേക്ഷാഫീസ് അടയ്ക്കേ≠തില്ല.

2. അപേക്ഷകൾ തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കപ്പെടുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്ന റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിലെ വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഉപഡയറക്ടറുടെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.

സ്വാശ്രയ മേഖലയിലെ ടീച്ചർ ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോഴ്സിലേക്ക് പ്രവേശനത്തിനായി ജി. ഒ. (എം. എസ്.) നമ്പർ 291/2004/പൊ.വി. തീയതി 14-9-2004 പ്രകാരം സർക്കാർ മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ചിട്ടു≠്. പ്രസ്തുത മാർഗ്ഗനിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്കും എൻ. സി. ടി. ഇ. മാനദണ്ഡങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയമായി പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലേക്ക് 2009-2011 അദ്ധ്യയന വർഷത്തെ സ്വാശ്രയ ടി. ടി. സി. പ്രവേശനത്തിനായി നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. (സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്റ്റ് അനുബന്ധമായി ചേർത്തിട്ടു≠്). ഈ കോഴ്സിന്റെ കാലാവധി 2 വർഷമായിരിക്കും.

തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് രീതി

ഓരോ മീഡിയത്തിനും അനുവദിക്കപ്പെട്ട 50 സീറ്റിൽ 50% ഓപ്പൺ മെരിറ്റും 50% മാനേജ്മെന്റ ് ക്വാട്ടയുമായിരിക്കും.

ഫീസ് ഘടന

1. അഡ്മിഷൻ ഫീസ് — 100 രൂപ

2. ട്യൂഷൻ ഫീസ് — 1,000 രൂപ (പ്രതിമാസം)

3. ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ ് ഫീസ് — 3,000 രൂപ (പ്രതിവർഷം)

4. അപേക്ഷാഫോറം — 100 രൂപ

അഡ്മിഷൻ ഫീസ് അഡ്മിഷൻ സമയത്തും ഡെവലപ്പ്മെന്റ ് ഫീസ് 1, 2 വർഷങ്ങളുടെ ആരംഭത്തിലും അടയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്.

യോഗ്യതകൾ

അപേക്ഷകർ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ഏതെങ്കിലും പരീക്ഷയിൽ ചുരുങ്ങിയത് 50 ശതമാനം മാർക്ക് വാങ്ങിയിരിക്കണം.

മറ്റ് വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ

3. അപേക്ഷകർ 1-7-2009-ൽ 17 വയസ്സിൽ കുറവുള്ളവരോ 33 വയസ്സിൽ കൂടുതലുള്ളവരോ ആകാൻ പാടില്ല. ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധിയിൽ പട്ടികജാതി/പട്ടികവർഗ്ഗ വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് 5 വർഷവും മറ്റ് പിന്നോക്ക വിഭാഗങ്ങൾക്ക് 3 വർഷവും വിമു‡ ഭടൻമാർക്ക് അവരുടെ സൈനിക സേവനത്തിന്റെ കാലയളവും ഇളവ് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. നേരത്തെ അദ്ധ്യാപകനായി അംഗീകാരം ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള അപേക്ഷകർക്ക് അവരുടെ അദ്ധ്യാപക സേവന കാലയളവ് ഉയർന്ന പ്രായപരിധിയിൽ ഇളവ് നൽകുന്നതിന് കണക്കാക്കുന്നതാണ്.

4. ജില്ലയിലെ മെരിറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിലെ സീറ്റിലേക്കുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് ജില്ലാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അതാത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർ നിലവിലുള്ള സംവരണ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി നടത്തുന്നതാണ്. എന്നാൽ 50% മാനേജ്മെന്റ ് ക്വാട്ട അതാത് വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ സ്ഥാപനാടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മാനേജർമാർക്ക് നടത്താവുന്നതാണ്.

5. വിമു‡ ഭടൻമാർക്ക് ഓരോ റവന്യൂ ജില്ലയിലും മെരിറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിലുള്ള ആകെ സീറ്റിന്റെ 2% നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിലേക്ക് ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടവർ നി›ിത രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്. ഈ സീറ്റുകളിൽ വേ≠ത്ര അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാക്കിയുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് സൈനിക സേവനത്തിൽ കുറഞ്ഞത് 5 വർഷത്തെ സർവ്വീസിനുശേഷം പിരിഞ്ഞുപോയവരുടെ ഭാര്യമാരേയും അവിവാഹിതരായ മക്കളേയും തെരഞ്ഞെടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. അതിലേക്ക് അർഹതപ്പെട്ടവർ ആവശ്യമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൾ സഹിതം നി›ിത രീതിയിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേ≠താണ്.

6. തങ്ങളുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിനതീതമായി അഞ്ചുകൊല്ലം തികയാതെ തന്നെ സേവനത്തിൽ നിന്നും പിരിഞ്ഞുപോകേ≠ി വരികയോ മരിക്കുകയോ ചെയ്ത ഭടൻമാരുടെ ഭാര്യമാർക്കും അവിവാഹിതരായ മക്കൾക്കും മുകളിൽ കാണിച്ച ര≠് വിഭാഗങ്ങളിൽ അർഹരായ അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ഈ സീറ്റുകൾ നൽകുന്നതാണ്.

7. മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ച (5, 6 ഖണ്ഡികകൾ) ജവാൻമാരോ പട്ടാളത്തിൽ നിന്നും പിരിഞ്ഞ് പോയവരോ അപേക്ഷകനുമായിട്ടുള്ള ബന്ധം തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് തഹശീൽദാരിൽനിന്നുള്ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ ജില്ലാ സൈനിക ബോർഡ് ഓഫീസറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റോ ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്.

8. മേൽ പ്രസ്താവിച്ച സീറ്റുകളിലേക്ക് വേ≠ത്ര അർഹതയുള്ള അപേക്ഷകരില്ലെങ്കിൽ ബാക്കി വരുന്ന സീറ്റുകളിൽ അർഹതയുള്ള മറ്റു വിഭാഗത്തിന്റെ അപേക്ഷകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

9. അംഗവൈകല്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് (അന്ധർ ഉൾപ്പെടെ) മൂന്ന് ശതമാനം സീറ്റ് നീക്കിവച്ചിട്ടു≠്. അതിലേക്ക് അർഹതയുള്ളവർ ആവശ്യമായ സർട്ടിഫിക്കററുകൾകൂടി അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ഹാജരാക്കേ≠താണ്. [ജി.ഒ. (എം.എസ്.) 38/81/ജി. എഡ്യൂ. തീയതി 27-2-1981].

10. സ്പോർട്സ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ ഓരോ ജില്ലയിലും 25-ൽ കൂടുതൽ മെരിറ്റ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ സീറ്റുകൾ ലഭ്യമാണെങ്കിൽ ഓരോ 50 സീറ്റിനും ഓരോ സീറ്റ് വീതം സ്പോർട്ട്സ് താരങ്ങൾക്കായി നീക്കിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷകൾ സ്പോർട്സ് കൗൺസിൽ സ്വീകരിച്ച് 15-5-2009-നകം ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ ഡെപ്യൂട്ടി ഡയറക്ടർമാർക്ക് പരിഗണനയ്ക്കായി അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കേ≠താണ്. ഈ സീറ്റുകളിലേക്കുള്ള തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കെ. ഇ. ആർ. അദ്ധ്യായം 25 റൂൾ 7 അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും.

16. സ്വാശ്രയ റ്റി. റ്റി. എെ.കളിലെ മെരിറ്റ്/മാനേജ്മെന്റ ് സീറ്റുകളിൽ കേരളത്തിലെ അർഹരായ എല്ലാ വിദ്യാർ∞ികൾക്കും അഡ്മിഷൻ നൽകിയശേഷം ബാക്കി വരുന്ന സീറ്റുകളിൽ മറ്റു സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ വിദ്യാർ∞ികൾക്ക് അവരുടെ സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ താമസസ്ഥലത്തുള്ള നേറ്റിവിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുപ്രകാരം അഡ്മിഷൻ നൽകുന്നതാണ്. 18. ഓരോ സ്വാശ്രയ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിലും ആകെയുള്ള സീറ്റുകളിൽ 50 ശതമാനം മാനേജ്മെന്റ ് ക്വാട്ടയിൽ യോഗ്യതയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ അതാത് മാനേജർമാർ പ്രവേശനം നൽകേ≠താണ്. പ്രവേശനത്തിനുള്ള അർഹത നി›യിക്കുന്നത് താഴെ വിവരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള മാനദണ്ഡം അനുസരിച്ചായിരിക്കും.

(എ) യോഗ്യതാ പരീക്ഷയ്ക്ക് ലഭിച്ച മാർക്ക്—65%

Sealed tenders are invited for the Printing and Supply of College Magazine 2008-09 for Rs. 75,000 (Rupees Seventy five thousand only) (Approximate) of Government Victoria College, Palakkad as per schedule attached to the tender form.

The tender should be superscribed "Tender for Printing and Supply of College Magazine 2008-09 Tender No. A5/1817/08-09 and should be addressed to "The Principal, Government Victoria College, Palakkad-678 001". The filled in tenders should reach this office on or before 28-4-2009, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances. The tenders will be opened at 3.00 p. m. on 28-4-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

ORDER

Kannampalli ALPS, functioning under the jurisdiction of the Assistant Educational Officer, Kozhikode City became severly uneconomic during the year 2004-05 and its buildings became unfit by the end of the academic year. The manager had not taken any steps to make the buildings fit and to conduct the school in accordance with relevant rules and orders. During the beginning of the academic year 2005-06, Nine pupils among 11 pupils studying in the school left with T. C. as per rules and only Two pupils were left in the school. Since the buildings of the school were not fit, the Director of Public Instruction, Thiruvananthapuram as per Order No. H2/43713/05 dated 20-7-2005 has instructed to the District Educational Officer, Kozhikode to see that none of the classes of the school were functioning in the buildings which were declared as unfit. Since no buildings in the school were certified fit and there were only 2 pupils in the Rolls, the District Educational Officer, Kozhikode reported the fact to the Director of Public Instruction, Thiruvananthapuram for further action as per Letter No. B2/3588/05 dated 28-5-2005. Since the 2 pupils remaining in the school were also left with T. C. during 2005-06, there were no pupils in the school apparantly during 2005-06 and all the teachers existing were given protection and deployed in Government school elsewhere, all the records of the school were handed over to the Assistant Educational Officer, Kozhikode citiy on 19-11-2005. Hence the school ceased to function w.e.f. from the year 2005-06.

But in the contrary to the Rules, formal orders for withdrawal of recognition was not ordered in respect of the school and consequently the Manager of the school registered a petition before the Hon. Minister of Education and Culture in the Adalath conducted on 19-1-2009 at Kozhikode. The case was examined in the Adalath and it was ordered to issue post facto sanction for the withdrawal of recognition of the school by the District Educational Officer, Kozhikode with reference to the corraborative records and it is found that all the records has been handed over to the Department and all the teachers were deployed as per rules and only a former order of the closure of the school is necessary.

In the circumstances stated above, the undersigned is pleased to grant post factor sanction for the closure of Kannampalli ALPS with effect from the commencement of the academic year 2005-06. The recognition granted to the school stands withdrawn w.e.f. 31-5-2005.

The order is issued as per rule 22A of Chapter V of KER.

The fact will be notified in Kerala Gazette as per rules.
