Sealed tenders are invited from authorised firms/ direct company/ branch preferably ( ISO Certified) for the supply and installation of Double Beam Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer with specifications attached and as per the terms and conditions noted below .
The tenders should be superscribed as ""Tender for the supply of Double Beam Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer " addressed to the Director of Agriculture (S.C. Unit ) , Aryasala , Chalai P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram-695 036 so as to reach the undersigned at 5p. m . on or before 6-5-2009. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at the Directorate of Agriculture (S. C. Unit) at 4 p.m. on 8-5-2009 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at the time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director of Agriculture (S. C. Unit) , Aryasala , Chalai P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram -695 036 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. The tender forms will be supplied from the Accounts Section of the Directorate of Agriculture (S. C. Unit) on office hours by cash remittance of Rs . 1,500+ VAT which is the price fixed for the formwhich is not refundable under any circumstances .
The duplicate tender forms willbe issued @ Rs . 750+ VAT per copy . The tender forms are not transferable , The sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p . m. on 5-5-2009 . The rates quoted should remain firm upto 30-9-2009 . The tender should be accompanied with Earnest Money Deposit of 2.5 % of the total quoted value as Demand Draft payable at SBT, Vellayambalam , Thiruvananthapuram drawn in favour of the Director of Agriculture (S. C. Unit) , Thiruvanantha- puram-695 036 .
The price quoted should include all the expenses towards delivery and in stallation of the Machine at Soil Analytical Laboratory, stationed at district headquartersheadquarters anywhere in Kerala . The Demand Draft commission charged by the Bank during the time of payment of money should be borne by the firm themself.
The tenderers are bound to observe all the rules and regulations stipulated in the Stores Purchase Manual , Kerala Financial Code and Treasury Code.
The undersigned has the right to accept or reject any tender at any time without quoting any reasons in this regard .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Design and Analysis Software to CAD / CAM Lab of Mechanical Engineering Department of Govern- ment College of Engineering, Kannur .
The tenders should be superscribed No. D1 /2789/08 and addressed to the Principal, Government College of Engeneering, P.O. Parassinikkadavu , Kannur -670563. Last date for receipt of tender on 6-5-2009 at 4 p . m . and the tenders will be opened at 11 a . m . on 7-5-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers of their autho- rised representatives who may be present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted. Approximate Cost is Rs . 2,50,000 and 1 % of quoted value shouldbe remitted as EMD .
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Govt. College of Engenering , P.O. Parassinikkadavu , Kannur-670 563 obtain the requi- site tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accom- panied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 including ST which is the price fixed for a form/set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 8-5-2009 .
Cheque, Postage Stamps , D.D. , I.P.O. etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will be forms be sent as per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs . 225 including ST per copy .
