PROCEEDINGS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER (IN-CHARGE), DISTRICT INDUSTRIES CENTRE, KOLLAM

Read:—(1) Lr. No. S. IND.Q. 301/08, dated 9-2-2009 of SS (HL) Mydu.

(2) Enquiry Report as per Section 66 of KCS Act furnished by Smt. Omana Amma, SS (HL), Kollam.

Thankasserry Mahila Valakettu Cottage ICS Ltd. No. S IND (Q)-301 was registered as ICS on 13-1-1971. The Managing Committee of the society was expired on 5-7-1987. There has been no action to start the functioning of the society for 21 years, the Administrator of the society has reported vide reference 1st that the members who alive at now are not interested to start functioing of the society. As per the enquiry report vide reference 2nd the enquiry officer has also stated that there is no hope of continuing the function suggested for liquidation. Hence it was decided to wind up the society as per rules.

ORDER

In the circumstances stated above, I in exercise of powers conferred on me under Sub section 2 of the Section 71 of the KCS Act, 1969 hereby ordered to wind up the Thankasserry Mahila Valakettu Cottage ICS Ltd. No. S. IND (Q)-301. The Senior Supervisor (HL), Mayyanadu is appointed as liquidator of the society as per Section 72 of the KCS Act, 1969.

The liquidator will take charge of the records of the society immediately and proceed with the liquidation works so as to furnish the final wind up proposal immediately.

I do hereby certify in exercise of the powers conferred on me under Section 7 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Act 21 of 1969) that the following society the particulars of which are furnished in the Categorical Statement is registered by me today as a Co-operative Society under the said Act, on the basis of limited liability and that the byelaws of the undermentioned society is also hereby registered under the said Section.

Categorical Statement

1. Name and address of the Society—Pakkayil Cement Craft Workers (Workshop) Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S-IND (D) 343, Vatakara Beach (P.O.), Vatakara, Kozhikode.

2. Date of Registration—18-3-2009.

3. Area of operation—Vatakara Municipal Area.

4. Authorised Share Capital—Rs. 20,00,000 The General Body at its meeting held on 3-8-2008 of the Pinarayi Carpentry and Blacksmithy Worker's Industrial Co-operative Society Limited No. KV IND (C) 175, P. O. Pachapoika, Kuthuparamba as per Resolution No. IV has resolved to make incorporate a sub-clause in the byelaw No. 2 (Sub clause 2-XI) of the society. The Registrar of Khadi and Village Industries Co-operative Societies, Thiruvananthapuram has given concurrance for Registration of Amendment. In the above circumstances the following orders are issued.

ORDER

The exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 12, Rule 9 of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969, I do hereby certify that the incorporate sub-clause in the byelaw No. 2 (Sub-cluase 2-XI) of the byelaws of the Pinarayi Carpentary and Blacksmithy Worker 's Industrial Co-operative Society Limited No. KV IND (C) 175, P. O. Pachapoika, Kuthuparamba, Kannur District has been registered by me today the 20th day of March 2009.

5. Authorised total indebtedness—Twenty five times of total paid up Share Capital Plus Reserve fund.
