R. 61/2006 ആയി ഈ കോടതി സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമായ താഴെ പറയുന്ന ക്വാളീസ് കാർ ഈ കേസിൽ മരണപ്പെട്ട ഗുരുമൂർത്തിയുടെ ഭാര്യ ശശികല, കണ്ണാംകുറിച്ചി, സേലം, തമിഴ്നാട് എന്നവർക്ക് വിട്ടുകൊടുക്കുവാൻ ഉത്തരവായി ട്ടുള്ളതുമാകുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇവർക്ക് പോലീസ് മുഖേനയും തപാൽ മുഖേനയും നോട്ടീസ് നടത്തിയിട്ടും നാളിതുവരെ ഈ കോടതി യിൽ ഹാജരായി മുതൽ കൈപ്പറ്റിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു. ആയതിനാൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 30 ദിവസത്തിനകം ഈ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരായി മുതൽ കൈപ്പറ്റാത്തപക്ഷം മറ്റൊരു അറിയിപ്പ് കൂടാതെ ടി മുതൽ സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതാ യിരിക്കുമെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
