ial Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other person claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims , in writing before me within15 days (fifteen days ) fro date of publication of this notice the Gazette. If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of com- pensation will be disbursed to the dependents mentioned above . Claims , if any , preferred there- after will not be considered .
Whereas Ashapura Mineehem Limited, Thiruvananthapuram has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs . 4,11,900 (Rupees Four lakhs eleven thousand nine hundred only ) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman SriSri Johny Varghese who met with a fatal accident on 1-2-2009 in the course of his employment under the above employer .
are And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer , Perumbavoor , it is understood that the following persons the dependents of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1) (d) of the workmen's Compensation Act , 1923.

എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ടതു മാണ് . നിർദ്‌ദിഷ സമയത്തിനകം യാതൊരു അവകാശവാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
