ധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധിക മായാണ പട്ടികയിൽ നമ്പറുകൾ ഈ ഉൾക്കൊളളിച്ചിട്ടുളളത് . സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ പട്ടികയിൽ എന്ന. (4) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ അവരുടെ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അ വ കാ ശ പ്പെ ട്ടി രു ന്ന വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ യോഗ്യത , ജനനത്തീയതി , ജാതി , നേററിവിററി , ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ അതും തെളിയി ക്കുന്നതിന് ആവശ്യമായ പ്രമാണങ്ങളുടെ അസ്സലും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പുകളും സൈക്ലിംഗ് ടെസ്ററ് സമയത്ത് നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അസ്സൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാ ക്കുന്നതിന് കൂടുതൽ സമയം അനുവദി ക്കുകയോ വീണ്ടും ഒരവസരം നൽകുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല .
(5) സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്ററർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ ജാതി തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിന് തഹശീൽദാരിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ച ജാതി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
( 6) കണ്ണൂർ ജില്ലക്കാരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ തങ്ങളുടെ നെററിവിറ്റിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അധികാരിയിൽ ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട റവന്യൂ നിന്നും 26-2-1983 തീയതിയിലെ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഉത്തരവ് 205/83 പ്രകാരമുള്ള നെറ്റിവിറ്റി സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
( 7) വിമുക്തഭടന്മാരായ ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ അവർക്കായുള്ള പ്രത്യേക ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷയിൽ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആയവ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസൽ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട സ്പോർട്സ് ആനുകൂല്യ അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗാർത്ഥികൾ തെളിയിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അസ്സൽ താണ രേഖകളും പകർപ്പുകളും ഹാജരാകേണ്ട (8) സാധ്യത പട്ടികയിൽ ഉദ്യോഗർത്ഥികൾക്കായ ള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് പരിശോധന സൈക്ളിംഗ് ടെസ്ററ് എന്നിവയ്ക്കുള്ള സ്ഥലം , സമയം തീയതി എന്നിവ യഥാസമയം അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
