In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(f) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) the Government of Kerala hereby remove the name Sri C. K. Parameswara Panicker, Advocate, Krishna Vilas, Mullakkal P. O., Alappuzha District from the Register of Notaries with immediate effect since he has not applied for renewal of Certificate of Practice.

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with Rule 8A of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby extend the area of Practice already assigned to Sri D. Suresh Kumar, Advocate, Mullassery House (Manasarovar), Aikarakonam, Kakkodu P. O., Punalur as such in and throughout the Punalur Municipality in the Revenue District of Kollam for five years with effect from 21-3-2009 vide Notification Thiruvananthapuram, 26th August 2009.
