Note:—(1) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Number in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for Physical Efficiency Test or Interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List.

The candidates included in the Short List are required to produce Non Creamy Layer Certificate as per G.O. (P) No. 46/2007/SC/ST DD dated 25-8-2007 or G.O. (P) No.117/2008/SC/ST DD dated 19-12-2008 along with other documents mentioned above. The Register Number of the candidates included in the Short List will be deleted from the list without further notice, if they fail to produce the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate.

The date, time and place of Physical Efficiency Test will be intimated in due course.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be rechecked after the publication of the Ranked List for the post.

against 3% earmarked vacancies vide G.O.(P) No. 50/07/SWD dated 15-9-2007 is also appended as List II. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 14-5-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from the list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR Valuation) held on 7-9-2007 for selection to the post of Tracer on Rs. 3050-5230 (PR) in the Agriculture (Soil Conservation Unit) Department (Category No.134/06) in Kollam District arranged in the order of merit. The List of Physically Handicapped candidates for appointment Entries put in column (4) are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Kollam within one month from the date of publication of the list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in the list.

The candidates who have obtained 56 (Fifty six) marks and above have been included in the Main List of the Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates included in the Supplementary Lists.

കുറിപ്പ്:—(1) അപേക്ഷകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മ പരിശോധനയ്ക്കും നിരുപാധിക സ്വീകാര്യതയ്ക്കും വിധേയമായി തീർത്തും സോപാധികമായാണ് രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പരുകൾ ഈ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. സാധ്യതാ പട്ടികയിൽ രജിസ്റ്റർ നമ്പർ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടു എന്നത് റാങ്ക് പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു അവകാശവും ഉദ്യോഗാർ∞ിക്ക് പ്രദാനം ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല.

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable on the basis of the result of the Objective Type Test (OMR) held on 19-4-2008 for selection to the post of Lower Division Clerk (SR from ST only) on Rs. 3050-5230 in Various Departments, Kerala Water Authority/Kerala Khadi and Village Industries Board (Category No. 86/07) in Kozhikode District, arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 8-4-2009. The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the Rules and Orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the List. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies, there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the List.

According to the existing procedure, revaluation of answer script is not allowed, but re-checking of marks will be done on payment of Rs. 50 (Rupees Fifty only). The fee should be remitted in any one of the treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". The marks awarded will be checked a second time and discrepancies, if any will be rectified. The original chalan receipt together with the application for re-checking should reach the District Officer, KPSC District Office, Kozhikode with one month from the date of publication of theresult. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account.

Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.

The entries put in column 4 are based on the communities specified by the candidates in their application form and proved by them with necessary documents. The candidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as proved by them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission, District Office, Kozhikode within one month from the date of publication of the list, to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to. In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies, if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated in this list.
