Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply ofRefrigerator ( Double door)-3 Nos . to The Chemical Examiner's Laboratory , Thiruvanantha- puram. The Estimated amount is Rs . 62,000 (Rupees sixty two thousand only) .
The tenders should be superscribed "No. S. 2499/09/CE for the supply of Refrigerator" addressed to "The Chief Chemical Examiner to Government , Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, P H. Lab Compound , Red Cross Road , Thiruva- nanthapuram - 35, Kerala" . The last date for receipt of completed tender is 7-10-2009 at 4 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened on 9-10-2009 at 11 a . m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . The payment will be made only on Indian Rupees .
Intending tenderers may, on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms with details of items on which tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (inclusive of S.T. ) which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 5-10-20095 at 4 p . m. Cheque, Postal Orders, Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms. The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy. But tender forms will be issued against the receipt of money order with Postal Charges . Every tender should be accompaniedby an EMD of 1 % of total cost of tendered items along with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 .

തിരുവനന്തപുരം കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സസ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേക്ക് റഫ്രിജറേറററുകൾ ( ഡബിൾ ഡോർ ) -3 എണ്ണം വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്ക് മുദ്രവച്ച മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ചെലവ് ഏകദേശം 62,000 ( അറുപത്തി രണ്ടായിരം ) രൂപ .
"ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ ദർഘാസുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ 2499/09/01 , 2. , ഫ്രിജറേറററുകൾ നൽനൽകുന്നതിലേക്ക് " എന്ന് (പ്രത്യേകം "ഗവൺമെൻറ് مواله കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് എഴുതി എക്സാമിനർ , കെമിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറി , പി . എച്ച് . ലാബിനു സമീപം , റെഡ് ക്രോസ് റോഡ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 35 , കേരളം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 2009 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം 7-ാം തീയതി തിരുവനന്തപുരം കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് ലബോറട്ടറിയിലേക്ക് മിസ‌ലേനിയസ് ലബോറട്ടറി വാങ്ങുന്നതിലേക്ക് മുദ്രവെച്ച മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ചെലവ് ഏകദേശം 2 ലക്ഷം രൂപ .
വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 2009 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം 9-ാം തീയതി രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ഉത്തരവാദപ്പെട്ട പ്രതിനിധികളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

ദർഘാസ് 450 ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നേരിട്ടോ നികുതിയടക്കം മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ അടച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്തുള്ളള കേരള ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വില ചെക്ക് , ഡാഫ്ററ്, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 2009 ഒക്ടോ 225 ഒക്ടോബർ മാസം 5-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കു ന്നതായിരിക്കും . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് മുളളവർക്ക് 60.000 . ഒന്നിന് (ഇരുന്നൂററി ഇരുപത്തഞ്ച്) രൂപ (ക്രമത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
