SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence o such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of the following items mentioned below for the year 2009-10 under the Plan Fund to S.N.G.S. College, Pattambi .

1. Students amenities under the Head of Account 2202-03-800-70 .

Items Water Cooler and Water Purifier Rs . 50,000 ( including installation charges).

2. Job oriented add on course under the Head ofAccount 2202-03-800-71 .

Items : ( i ) Video camera ( Hard disk, 60GB or above) ( ii ) Colour Television 25 inch and stand ( iii) White board (5 ft . length and 4ft . width ) - Total Rs . 50,000.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, SreeSree Neelakanta Government Sanskrit College, Colle Pattambi , P.O. Mele Pattambi, Pin-679 306 to obtain the requisite tender form on which tender should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accom+ panied by a cash remittance of Rs . 428 (Rs. 400+ VAT) which is the price fixed for form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstance . Rs. 50 extra for sending formforms by post . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be closed at 11 a.m. on 16-10-2009 . Cheque/ DD/Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms will be sent by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at Rs . 208 (Rs . 200+ VAT ) per copy. More details can be had from the Office between 10 a.m. to 4. p.m. on all working days .

പട്ടാമ്പി ശ്രീ നീലകണ് സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2009-10 വർഷത്തേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുവാൻ താല്‌പര്യമുള്ള സ്ഥാപന ങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു .

1. വാട്ടർ കൂളർ & പ്യൂരിഫൈയർ -രൂപ 50,000 (ഫിററിംഗ് ചാർജ് ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) (ഹെഡ് ഓഫ് അക്കൗണ്ട് 2202-03-800-70) The tenders should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Water cooler and Water purifier,fier , Video Camera, Colour Television and White board for the year 2009-10" and addressed to The Principal , S. N. G. S. College, Pattambi , P. O. Mele Pattambi , Pin- 679 306. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2 p.m. on 16-10-2009.

The application for tender form shouldbe accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 ing the cost of tender form including Sales Tax. Tender forms are not transferable . Sale oftender forms will be closed at 2p . m . on 16-10-2009 .

by Cheques, Demand Drafts or the Postal orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the tender form. Those who require the tender form by post, should send an amount of Rs . 500 [Rs. 450 + 50 (postal charge) ] by Money Order . Application for tender form to be sent by post , will be entertained only upto 30-9-2009.

Rates and conditions for the supply of Lab equipments, maximum period required for the delivery ofof articles should clearly be mentioned. The rates should remain stable till 31-3-2010.

ദർഘാസുകൾ ഉള്ളടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിനുമുകളിൽ 2009-10 വർഷത്തേക്ക് വാട്ടർ കൂളർ & പ്യൂരിഫൈയർ , വീഡിയോ ബോർഡ് ക്യാമറ, കളർ ടെലിവിഷൻ , വൈററ് നൽകുന്നതിനുളള , ദർഘാസം , എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , (ശ്രീ നീലകണ് സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ് , പട്ടാമ്പി , മേലേ പട്ടാമ്പി പി.ഒ. , പിൻ -679 306 എന്ന വിലവിലാസത്തിൽ 16-10-2009 -ന 2 മണിക്കുമുമ്പായി കോളേജ് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്ന ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് സന്നിഹിതരായ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടേയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .

Every tender should be accompanied by an agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs. 50 and an E. M. D. of 1 % ofthe quoted value in the form of DemandDraft in favour of the Principal, Government College, Kasaragod .

ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഫോറം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ശ്രീ നീലകണ സർക്കാർ സംസ്കൃത കോളേജ് , പട്ടാമ്പി , പട്ടാമ്പി -679 306 എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായ 428 രൂപ (400+വാറ് ) അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . തപാൽമാർഗ്‌ഗം അപേക്ഷി ക്കുന്നവർ 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . SSI യൂണിററുകൾക്ക് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയുടെ ഭാഗം അടച്ചാൽ മതി . ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കു ന്നതല്ല . ഫോറം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല .

Tender without E. M. D. will be rejected, but from the firms which are exempted from furnishing E.M.D. on production of clear documentary evidence. Whenever purchase of computer is made, the machine with accessories , will be tested by L.B.S. or competent authority and payment made after that .

The undersigned reserves the right to extend, cancel or reject the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.

കാസർകോട് ഗവൺമെന്റ് കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെൻറുകളിലേക്ക് 2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക. വർഷത്തേക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച സ്ററാർട്ടിംഗ് ഓഫ് ന്യൂ കോഴ്സ് പ്ലാൻ' ' എന്ന വിഹിതത്തിൽ നിന്നും 1,65,000 (ഒരു ലക്ഷത്തി അറുപത്തയ്യായിരം) രൂപയുടെ 6.5 ๑๓. ജനറേറററും അനുബന്ധ ണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് চো১৯০০ ചെയ്യുന്ന കവറിന് പുറത്ത് ജനറേറററും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘ 2009-10 (0 ) സ്ററാർട്ടിംഗ് ഓഫ് ദർഘാസ് കോഴ " എന്നെഴുതി ( പ1 ൻസിപ്പാൾ, ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട്, ه.اله. വിദ്യാനഗർ , പിൻ- 671 123 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 16-10-2009-ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 2 മണി വരെയാണ്. വൈകി എത്തുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 16-10-2009 -ന് വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക അപ്പോൾഹാജരുള്ള ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ദർഘാസുകൾ. അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ ( പതിനിധി ക ളു ടേ യോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .

ദർഘാസിനുള്ള അപേക്ഷാ ഫാംങ്ങൾ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട് , പി . ഒ. വിദ്യാനഗർ , പിൻ - 671 123 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയടക്കം 450 രൂപ പണമായി ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദര്ഘാസ് ഫോധങ്ങൾ . കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ല .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിൽപ്പന 16-10-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കും , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ചെക്ക് , (ഡാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായ 450 രൂപയുൾപ്പെടെ 500 രൂപ മണിയോർഡർ ആയി അയയ് ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . തപാൽവഴി ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിനു ള്ള അപേക്ഷ 30-9-2009 - ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക ausate 2 മണിവരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു . ദർഘാസിൻറ കൂടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരാക്കിൽ വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കാസർകോട" , വിദ്യാനഗർ പി.ഒ. എന്ന പേരിൽ ഡി.ഡി. അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടക്കം ചെയ്യാത്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരള സർക്കാർ പർച്ചേസ് ഡിപ്പാർട്ടുമെന്റ്റ് മുഖേന രജിസ്ററർ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള സ്ഥ‌ാപനങ്ങൾ മതിയായ രേഖകൾ ഹാജരാക്കുന്നപക്ഷം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഒടുക്കേ ണ്ടതില്ല .

കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും മറ്റ് അനുബന്ധ‌ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ എൽ . ബി . അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ നിയമപരമായ അധികാരമുളളവരുടെ പരിശോധനയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുന്നതാണ് .

യാതൊരു കാരണവും ബോധിപ്പിക്കാതെ തന്നെ ദർഘാസ് തീയതി ദീർഘിപ്പിക്കുവാനോ , റദ്ദാക്കു വാനോ 222 അധികാരം 0069 ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുളള ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമാണ്.
