Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer and Accessories to Various Departments and Office of PTM Government College, Perinthalmanna for Rs . 1,98,000 under Accrediation of Colleges by NAAC (Plan) during 2009-10 and addressed to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin -679 322 , Kerala State . The last date and time of receipt of filled tenders is on 30-9-2009 at 2 p.m. and will be opened on the same day at 2.30 p.m. Sale of tender forms will be closed on 29-9-2009 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will notbe accepted.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , P. T. M. Government College , Perinthalmanna , Malappuram District , Pin -679 322, Kerala State , obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 700 towards cost of form plus Rs . 88 towards VAT, which is the price fixed for a tender any form and which is not refundable under circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Cheques, Postal Orders , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender form nor will the form be sent by V.P.P. Those who are required tender forms by registered post should sent Rs . 820 by M.Ο. including cost of tender form and registered postal charges.
ഓരോ പൂരിപ്പിച്ചതും ഒപ്പിട്ടതുമായ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ , വിതരണം ചെയ്യാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്‌റ് നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ട താണ് . ഷോർട്ട് ടേം /ഫിക്‌സഡ് ഡെപ്പോസിററ് രസീതുകൾ മുതലായവ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി നസ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല. നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് പലിശ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഉപകരണത്തിൻറെയും വിലയും വാറവാറ് , മററു ചെലവുകൾ എന്നിവ പ്രത്യേകം കാണിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . വിതരണ ഉത്തരവുകിട്ടി ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം സ്വന്തം ചെലവിൽ ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . വില നിലവാരത്തിന് 31-3-2010 വരെ (പ്രാബല്യം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിരതദ്രവ്യം അടയ്ക്കുന്നതിൽ നിന്നും ഒഴിവാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള കമ്പനികൾ ഒഴിവാക്കിയ ഉത്തരവിന്റെ ശരിപ്പകർപ്പ് ടെണ്ടറിന്റെ കൂടെ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓരോ ടെണ്ടറിൻറെ കൂടെയും 50 രൂപ വിലയ്ക്കുള്ള കേരള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ കരാർ എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
യാതൊരു മുന്നറിയിപ്പും കൂടാതെ ടെണ്ടർ നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ റദ്‌ദാക്കുന്നതിനോ 299 അധികാരം താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിട്ടുള്ള ആളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് . ഓഫീസിലെ പണമിടപാട് സമയം പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിവരെയാകുന്നു .
Every tender should be completely filled, signed and accompanied by Demand Draft towards 1 % of total cost of equipments to be quoted as E.M.D. Short Term/Fixed Deposit Receipt should not be accepted towards EMD . EMD carry:carry no interest . The rate, VATVAT and other charges should be quoted separately for each item. The rates should be valid upto 31-3-2010 . The successful tenderers should supply the equipments within one month after the receipt of the supply order at their own expenses . The firms who are exempted from furnishing EMD should attach true copy of the exemption order along with the tender documents . Every tenderer should execute an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 along with the tender .

2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തിൽ Accreditation of Colleges by NAAC (പ്ലാൻ ) ഫണ്ടിൽ 1,98,000 രൂപ വിലമതിക്കുന്ന കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണ ങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടർ যে৪৫০০ ചെയ്ത് കവറിനു പുറത്ത് "2009-10 വർഷത്തിൽ ( പ്ലാൻ ) പ്രകാരം കമ്പ്യൂട്ടറും അനുബന്ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെണ്ടർ എന്നെഴുതി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , പി ടി എം , ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , പെരിന്തൽമണ്ണ, മലപ്പുറം ജില്ല , പിൻ- 679 322 , കേരള സംസ്ഥാനം " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 30-9-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്കു ശേഷം 2 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന 29-9-2009-m ഉച്ചയ്ക്കുശേഷം 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . വൈകി കിട്ടുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Water Purifiers with dispenser required for Government College , Kodanchery for the year 2009-10 .
The tenders should be superscribed addressed of and College, to the Kodanchery, 2009-10" Principal, Govt. Kozhikode- 673 580 . dispenser 2009. Intending tenderers may, on application to the Principal , Govt . College , Kodanchery, obtain the requsite tender forms by a cash remittance ofRs . 150 ( For original form) and Rs . 100 (For duplicate, if required ) as cost of the form+ VAT which is the price fixed for a form/ set of forms which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms vill be closed at 1 p.m. on 29-9-2009 , Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms , or not will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Those who require forms by post have to remit or additional amount of Rs . 36 towards postage .
Tenders will be accepted upto 1 p.m. on 29-9-2009 and will be opened at 3 p . m . on 29-9-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives present at that time. Late tenders will not be accepted .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കു

29-9-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിയ്ക്കകം ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജ് , കോടഞ്ചേരി (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾവശം മുദ്ര കിട്ടിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . வலு ദർഘാസുകൾ താമസിച്ചു കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-9-2009-0 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ നൽകിയിട്ടുളളവരു ടെയോ, അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
