ഓഫീസിൽ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികമായി മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില നിശ്ചിതവും ഒരിക്കലും തിരിച്ചു നൽകാത്തതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് മറൊരാളുടെ പേരിലേക്ക് മാററാവുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 14-10-2009 രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ ആരംഭിക്കുന്നതും 24-10-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ചെക്ക്, പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ ,ഓർഡർ , ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ് തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോമുകൾ [6 /2009-10 ]

ഫോമുകൾ ആവശ്യമെങ്കിൽ 563 രൂപയ്ക്ക് (500 + 12.5% മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി 563 രൂപ) ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . (ഫോറം തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുവാൻ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ) കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .

Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemicals " and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Kannur, Pariyaram. Last date of receipt of sealed tenders to this office is 28-10-2009 at 3 p . m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m . GIN 28-10-2009 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time. Estimate cost is Rs . 5.00 Lakhs and EMD 1 %.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government AyurAyurveda College, Kannur , Pariyaram obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 1,000+ 12.5 % VAT . Total Rs . 1,125. Postal charge Rs . 50 should be added if the forms needed by post . The price fixed for a form/ set of forms, is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender form will be started at 10 a.m. on 14-10-2009 and willbe closed at 3 p.m. on 24-10-2009 . Demand Draft , Cheque , Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per VPP. Duplicate tender form if requested will be issued at Rs . 500+ 12.5% VAT. കണ്ണൂർ ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജിലേക്ക് 2009-10 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തേക്ക് യന്ത്രങ്ങളും ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ആയുർമപദ കോളേജ് , കണ്ണൂർ , പരിയാരം എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് കവറിന് പുറത്ത് ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളും കെമിക്കലുകളും വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസ്" എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി യിരിക്കണം . 28-10-2009 -ന് വൈകുന്നോം 3 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് ദർഘാസുകൾദർഘാസുകൾ ഓഫീസിൽ1ൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് വാങ്ങിയവരുടെയോ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-10-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . അടങ്കൽ തുക 5 ലക്ഷം രൂപ . ദഘാസ് ഫോറത്ത ൻ്റ വില 1,000 രൂപ + 12.5% മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി , ആകെ 1,125 രൂപ , ഫോറം
