TENDER NOTICE
No. R-2641 / 2009 .
27th August 2009.
Competitive tenders in sealed envelops are invited by the undersigned for the supply of following items from reputed Manufacturers /Authorised suppliers to Parambikulam Wildlife Division, Palakkad.
E.M.D.-1 %.
Price of tender form-Rs . 400 + VAT .
The tender form and other particulars and detailed specification are obtained from the office of the undersigned from 3-10-2009 to 9-10-2009 ( up to 1 p.m. ) on application in writing on Payment of the value of the tender form and schedule (Not Refundable ) either in cash orby money order . The tender will be opend by the undersigned on 9-10-2009 at 4p.m. on the same day in the presence of Tenderers /Authorised Officers who are present at that time . In the event of the day specified for tender receipt and opening being declared as holiday for the purchasers office , the next working day will be the day for submission of the tender and opening at the time prescribed if the tender could not be held on 9-10-2009 , it will be held on 16-10-2009 or 30-10-2009 . The successfull tenderers will have to execute an agreement on Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 along with tender . Late and defective tenders will not be accepted .

The undersigned reserves the right to cancel the tenders in unavoidable circumstances without stating any reasons thereof . The tender without agreement and EMD will be rejected .
CONDITIONS
1. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes , conveyances etc.
2. Payment will be made by cheques after the successful completion of the work .
