SHORT RE- TENDER NOTICE

No.B1-1025/2009/HSW .

7th September 2009 .

Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following survey equipment by the undersigned for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala .

Tender No.-B ! -1025 /09 /HSW .

Description -Echo Sounder- 3 Numbers .

PAC-Rs . 18 lakhs .

EMD-1 % of the quoted rate .

Cost of tender form :

Original Rs.2,700 + VAT @ 12.50%.

Duplicate-Rs . 1,350 +VAT @ 12.50 % .

Last date and time of receipt of tender form- 12-10-2009 at 1 p . m .

Detailed specification is available with the office on all working days and along with the tender form.

The items should be guaranteed for one year from the date of supply . A security deposit of 5 % shall be retained with Government for one and the entire maintenance shall be attended by the tenderer free of cost during the above period. year The items shouldbe delivered within 30 days after receiving supply order at the place specified by the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram . The supplier shall give training to the staff in the operation and maintenance of the instruments free of cost . They should also give technical support for the first installation of the equipment for a survey work .

Tenders should be superscribed " Tender for the supply of Echo Sounder " with the No. and Description of item specified and must be addressed to the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey Wing, Thiruvananthapuram - 695 010 , so as to reach on Or before 12-10-2009, 1 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such tenderers or their representatives who are present at that time .

The tenderer should submit Earnest Money Deposit as specified along with the tender in the form of a crossed DD drawn in favour of the Chief Hydrographer , Hydrographic Survey wing , payable at Thiruvananthapuram .

Intending tenderers may obtain the requisite tender form on application to the undersigned . Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost of the tender form (DD/ Cheques not acceptable ) . Sale of tender form willbe closed at 12 Noon on 12-10-2009 . The tender forms are not transferable . Those who want to get the tender form by post should also enclose a self- addressed envelope bearing postage stamp of Rs.25 well in advance .

The tenderers should enclose a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp paper worth Rs . 50 and the required EMD for each tender . The tender without preliminary agreement and EMD will be rejected outright . The final acceptance of the tender rests entirely with the Goverment who reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning anywithout assigning any reason . All other conditions prouvailing in Government Department are binding on this tender also .

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോ ഗാഫർ , ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക് സർവ്വേവിഭാഗത്തിലേക്ക് താഴെപ്പറയുന്ന ഉപകരണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവെച്ച കവറുകളിൽ മൽസര സ്വഭാവമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ ബി1-1025 / 09 / എച്ച്.എസ്.ഡബ്ല്യു . വിവരണം- എക്കോസൗണ്ടർ 3 എണ്ണം . അടങ്കൽ തുക - രൂപ 18 ലക്ഷം , നിരതദ്രവ്യം ക്വാട്ടുചെയ--ക്വാട്ടുചെയ്ത തുകയുടെ 1 % .

ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണത്തിൻറെ വില :

അസ്സൽ രൂപ 2,700 + മു.വ.നി. ( 12.5%) ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ്റ് രൂപ 1,350 + മു.വ.നി. ( 12.5 % ) 2000۰ സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 12-10-2009 , 1 മണി

ദർഘാസ് നൽകേണ്ട ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ സാങ്കേതിക വിശദ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലും ഫാറത്തി നോടൊപ്പവും ലഭ്യമാണ് .

5% അവയ്ക്കു ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ നൽകിയതിനുശേഷം ഒരുവർഷം ഉത്തരവാദിത്വം നൽകേണ്ടതും വിലയുടെ നിക്ഷേപമായി നൽകേണ്ടതും ഉത്തരവാദ കാലഘട്ടത്തിലുണ്ടാകുന്ന സകല അററകുറാപണികളും സൗജന്യമായി ചെയ്ത തരേണ്ടതുമാണ്

വിതരണം ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് മുപ്പത് ദിവസ ത്തിനകം ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫർ നിർദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന സ്ഥലത്ത ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ചുളള ആദ്യ സർവ്വേക്ക ആവശ്യമായ സാങ്കേതിക സഹായവും ഈ വകുപ്പിലെ ജീവനക്കാർക്ക് അവ കൈകാര്യം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനാവശ്യ മായ പരിശീലനവും സൗജന്യമായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

കരാറുകാരൻ ഇതിനുമുമ്പ് ഇതേ ഉപകരണം സർക്കാർ / അർദ്ധസർക്കാർ /പൊതുമേഖലാ സ്ഥാപന 67BCA നൽകിയിട്ടുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവയുടെ വിവരം ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിനോടൊപ്പം ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതാകുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രേഡാ ഗ്രാഫർ , ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫിക സർവ്വേ വിഭാഗം , തുറമുഖ വകുപ്പ് , വാസ്തമംഗലം, തിരുവനന്തപുരം . 695010 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ " എക്കോസൗണ്ടർ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുളള ദർഘാസ്" " ഉപരി ലേഖനം ചെയ്ത് 12-10-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 1 മണിക്കു മുമ്പായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . താമസിച്ചു ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക 3 മണിക്ക് കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുളള പ്രത നിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.

موانم ഹൈഡ്രോ ഗ്രാഫറുടെ പേർക്കുള്ളതും തിരുവനന്തപുരത്ത് മാറാവുന്നതുമായ വിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തോടൊപ്പം നിരതദ്രവ്യമായ സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങ ശാസ്തമംഗലത്തുളള ചീഫ് ഹൈഡ്രോഗ്രാഫറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 12-10-2009 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12 മണിവരെയുളള എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണത്തിൻ വില പണമായി അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്ന താണ് . ( ഡി.ഡി. , ചെക്ക് സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല . ) ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ സ്വന്തം വിലാസം എഴുതിയതും 25 രൂപ സ്ററാമ്പ് ഒട്ടിച്ചതുമായ കവർ അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള മുദ്ര പത്രത്തിലുളള പ്രാഥമിക കരാറും ആവശ്യമായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ഉളളടക്കം ചെയ്ത്‌തിരിക്കണം . ஐவ 22954 ചെയ്യാത്ത , ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസിൻറ അംഗീകാരം സർക്കാർ തീരുമാനങ്ങൾക്ക് വിധേയമായിരിക്കുന്നതും ഏത് ദർഘാസും അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിനോ നിരസി ക്കുന്നതിനോ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം ഉള്ളതുമായിരിക്കും . ഈ വകുപ്പിൽ നിലനിൽക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ വ്യവസ്ഥകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമാണ് .
