Cost of the tender form is Rs . 300 ST and Rs . 150 + ST by cash for original and duplicate respectively ( Rs . 350 and Rs . 250 by post ) . Belated tenders will not be accepted . The tender forms which are not accompanied by the agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and an Earnest Money Deposit of 1 % of the total cost of the items offered will be rejected . Outside firms , who desire to be supplied with Kerala Stamp Paper should send an additional amount of Rs . 50 along with the cost of tender form . The tender forms can be obtained from the undersigned upto 3 p. m. on 14-10-2009 by cash and by Money Order upto 3 p . m. on 8-10-2009 .

The supplier is liable for the transporta- tion, erection and demonstration of the machine with their own expense .
