2010 വർഷത്തെ ദിനസ്മരണയുടെ സ്പൈറൽ ബയന്റിംഗ് PRINTING DEPARTMENT
TENDER NOTICE
[No. 32/2009-10]
No. 22415/2009/G2. 8th September 2009.
Sealed tender superscribed as Short Tender No. 32/2009-10 for the supply of Spiral Binding of approximate 12500 Nos. of Daily Remembrancer of size 28cm width and 7 mm thickness. The work should be done at the Government Central Press, Thiruvananthapuram and should be completed within 15 days from the date of receipt of work order. The tender should reach this office on or before 30-9-2009 at 3 p.m. and the same will be opened at 4 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives.
Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed tender forms which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 400 + ST (original) and Rs. 300 +ST (duplicate). Neither Cheque, Demand Draft, Postage Stamp, Postal Orders etc. towards the cost of tender forms will be accepted nor tender forms will be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment of money order inclusive postal charges of Rs. 32. Money Order for the same will be received upto 24-9-2009.
The tender forms are not transferable. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should be executed and samples along with the tender. Late tenders and tenders not accopanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost drawn in favour of the Director of Printing and tenders without preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account.
ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിലേക്കായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. 28 സെ. മീ. വീതിയും 7 എം. എം. കനവു മുള്ള ഏകദേശം 12500 എണ്ണം ദിനസ്മരണകളുടെ സ്പൈറൽ ബയന്റിംഗ് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ ചെയ്യേ≠താണ്. വർക്ക് ഓർഡർ ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ജോലികൾ പൂർത്തിയാക്കേ≠താണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ 30-9-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കേ≠തും അന്നേദിവസം 4 മണിക്കുതന്നെ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിച്ചവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുൻപാകെ ടെ≠ർ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഒറിജിനൽ 400 രൂപ + വിൽപ്പന നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് 300 രൂപ + വിൽപ്പന നികുതി നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെന്റ ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാ ണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് മുതലായവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ടി ഫാറങ്ങൾ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയച്ചു തരികയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. എന്നാൽ ദർഘാസിന്റെ വില പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം മണി ഓർഡറായി അയച്ചുതരുന്നപക്ഷം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡായി തപാ ലിൽ അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. മണി ഓർഡർ തുക 24-9-2009 വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല. 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിലുള്ള സമ്മതപത്രം മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യം എന്നിവ ഇല്ലാതെയുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ഒരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . നിരതദ്രവ്യം അച്ചടി വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്റുടെ പേരിൽ മാറാവുന്ന ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റായി വേണം നൽകേ≠ത്.
