In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 10(d) of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with Rule 13 (12) (b) (i) of the Notaries Rules 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby remove the names of Sri M. P. Sasidharan Nair, Advocate & Notary, Neethika, Santhivila, Nemom P. O., Thiruvananthapuram and Sri. Vilappil G. Sreedharan Nair, Advocate & Notary, Sreesuja, Thirumala P. O., Thiruvananthapuram from the Register of Notaries since it is proved that there is misconduct and failure in discharge of duties on their part as Notaries.
In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act, 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules, 1956, the Government of Kerala hereby re-appoint Sri Mammen Iype, Advocate, Naluzhathil, Puthencavu P. O., Chengannur, Alappuzha as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 2-12-2009 in the area comprising the Revenue Sub-Division of Chengannur in the Revenue District of Alappuzha with Register No. 1/2004/ALPA.
