M/s. Malankara Vanitha Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND-PTA-14, Kozhencherry P. O., Pathanamthitta was registered on 31-10-1989 having 10 Women Members. The authorized Share Capital of the Society was Rs. 50,000. Accordingly, the society was registered and the bye-law was approved by the Registrar.

The irrecoverable asset as per final balance sheet has been written off and undischargeable liabilities has been forfeited. Since all the formalities as per rule 69 has been completed, the liquidator has recommended for the cancellation of the registration. The liquidator has furnished a NIL Balance Sheet, as on 9-1-2009. Hence there is no liability outstanding against the society to Government and any other agency/members/organizations and no asset to be recovered. Therefore the office of the society has been finally woundup and cancelled the registration.

ORDER

In the circumstances cited above, I, in exercise of powers conferred upon me as the Registrar under Section 74 of KCS Act 21 of 1969 do hereby ordered finally wound up the affairs and cancel the registration of the Malankara Vanitha ICS Ltd. No. S.IND-PTA-14, Kozhencherry, Pathanmthitta. The liquidator shall keep the records of the society for a period of three years and destroy with prior permission of the undersigned.

M/s. Vanitha Data Processing and Software Development Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd. No. S. IND-(PTA)-74, Mukkoottuthara was registered on 8-1-1997, with 10 Women Members. The authorized Share Capital of the Society was Rs. 50,000. Accordingly, the society was registered and the bye-law was approved by the registrar. As per proceeding 1st cited above, the society was ordered to wind up and the liquidator took charge on 13-1-2009.

Since all the formalities as per rule 69 has been completed, the liquidator has recommended for the cancellation of the registration of the society. The liquidator has furnished a NIL Balance Sheet, as on 25-5-2009. Hence there is no liability outstanding against the society to Government and any other agency/ members/organizations and no assets to be recovered. IND-(PTA)-73, Mukkoottuthara was registered on 26-12-1997, having 11 Members. 2 more members were joined in the society afterwards and the authorised share capital of the society was Rs. 65,000. Accordingly the bye-law was approved by the registrar. As per proceedings 1st cited above, the society was ordered to be wound up and the liquidator took charge on 13-1-2009.

Since all the formalities as per rule 69 has been completed, the liquidator has recommended for the cancellation of the registration. The liquidator has furnished a NIL Balance Sheet, as on 25-5-2009. Hence there is no liability outstanding against the society to Government and any other agency/members/organizations and no assets to be recovered. Therefore the office of the society has been finally wound up.

ആകയാൽ പ്രസ്തുത സൊസൈറ്റിയിൽ നിന്നും എന്തെങ്കിലും തുകകൾ കിട്ടാനുള്ള ആളുകൾ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യം ചെയ്ത് 60 ദിവസത്തിനകം കിട്ടാനുള്ള തുകയുടെ വിശദവിവരം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ (സീനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടർ-1) ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായകേന്ദ്രം, കോഴഞ്ചേരി പി. ഒ., പത്തനംതിട്ട ജില്ല എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ രേഖാമൂലം അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. ടി തീയതിയ്ക്കുശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു ബാദ്ധ്യതകളോ അവകാശങ്ങളോ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല എന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രം ജനറൽ മാനേജർ അവർകളുടെ 20-11-2007-ലെ ബി2/5046/06-ാം നമ്പർ ഉത്തരവ് പ്രകാരം തങ്ങാലൂർ മെറ്റൽ വർക്കേഴ്സ് വ്യവസായ സഹകരണ സംഘം നമ്പർ 187, തങ്ങാലൂർ സമാപ്തീകരണത്തിലാവുകയും തൃശ്ശൂർ ജില്ലാ വ്യവസായ കേന്ദ്രത്തിലെ ജൂനിയർ സഹകരണ ഇൻസ്പെക്ടറെ (ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ) മേൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററായി നിയമിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു. പ്രസ്തുത സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ്തീകരണ നടപടികൾക്കായി ആവശ്യമായ രേഖകളോ വസ്തുക്കളോ ഭരണ സമിതി അംഗങ്ങളെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിവരങ്ങളോ ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർക്ക് ലഭ്യമായിട്ടില്ലാ ത്തതാണ്. ആയതിനാൽ മേൽ വിവരങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് എന്തെങ്കിലും അറിയുന്നവർ, ആയവ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ഒരു മാസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ അറിയിക്കേ≠താണ്. കൂടാതെ മേൽ സംഘത്തിൽനിന്ന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും ലഭിക്കുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ആയതും നി›ിത സമയത്തിനുള്ളിൽ ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ സമീപിച്ച് ഉന്നയിക്കേ≠താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു അവകാശങ്ങളും ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പരിഗണി ക്കുന്നതല്ലെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

ആയതുപ്രകാരം ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ എല്ലാ ചുമതലകളും ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ ഏറ്റെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ്. മേൽ സംഘത്തിൽനിന്ന് ആർക്കെങ്കിലും എന്തെങ്കിലും കിട്ടുവാനു≠െങ്കിൽ ഈ നോട്ടീസ് പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ ര≠ു മാസത്തിനകം ലിക്വിഡേറ്ററെ സമീപിച്ച് അവകാശം ഉന്നയിക്കേ ≠താണ്. പ്രസ്തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ഉന്നയിക്കുന്ന യാതൊരു അവകാശങ്ങളും ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത ല്ലെന്ന് ഇതിനാൽ അറിയിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
