In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 11(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the High Court of Kerala hereby appoints the person mentioned in column (1) of the schedule hereto attached to be the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class to preside over the Courts specified against his name in column (2) thereof from the date on which he take charge.

(ii) Appoints the said Sri T. B. Sudhakaran as Honorary Special Judicial Magistrate of the Second Class, Ernakulam for a period of one year with effect from the date of assumption of the charge as such and;
(iii) Further confers upon him under section 261 of the said code the powers to try summarily the offences set out earlier.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974) the High Court of Kerala hereby:
(i) Confers upon Sri T. B. Sudhakaran, F3-Sreedevi Garden, Society Road, Maradu, Ernakulam District, Pin-682 304 all the powers conferred upon a Magistrate of the Second Class under the said code in regard to cases generally arising in the corporation area of Ernakulam District and empowers him to try such cases sitting singly in the said area;

നവംബർ മാസം 25-ാം തീയതി 3 മണിക്ക് ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിൽവച്ച് ടി വാഹനം ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ സ്ഥലത്തും അവസ്ഥയിലും ലേലം വിളി നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലം വിളി തീർന്നാൽ ഉടൻതന്നെ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ കിട്ടിയ ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. പ്രസ്തുത കാറിന് പ്രത്യേകം തയ്യാറാക്കി 500 രൂപനിരതദ്രവ്യം വയ്ക്കേ≠തും കവറിന് പുറത്ത് "വാഹനത്തിനുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ" എന്ന് വ്യ‡മാക്കിയി രിക്കേ≠തുമാണ്.
എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ ടി വാഹനം ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ അനുമതി യോടുകൂടി പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.
ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും പൂർണ്ണമായി നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള അധികാരം ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിലോ ലേലം നടത്തുന്നതിന് ചുമതലപ്പെട്ട ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥനിലോ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.
13th OCT. 2009] JUDICIAL DEPARTMENT 130ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ കിട്ടിയ ആൾ ടെ≠ർ കഴിഞ്ഞ ഉടൻ മുഴുവൻ തുകയും (സെയിൽ ടാക്സ് അടക്കം ) ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റ് കോടതിയിൽ കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. ഇക്കാര്യത്തിൽ വീഴ്ച വരുത്തുന്നപക്ഷം നിരതദ്രവ്യം ക≠ുകെട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനത്തിന് വീ≠ും ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷൻ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും തൻമൂലം സർക്കാരിന് നഷ്ടമു≠ായാൽ അത് വരുത്തിയ കക്ഷിയിൽനിന്ന് വസൂലാക്കു ന്നതുമാണ്.
ഈ വാഹനത്തിന്റെ ലേലം/ക്വട്ടേഷനുകളും മറ്റു കാര്യങ്ങളും സംബന്ധിച്ച് ചീഫ് ജുഡീഷ്യൽ മജിസ്ട്രേറ്റിന്റെ തീരുമാനം അന്തിമവും നിയമപരമായി ബാദ്ധ്യതപ്പെട്ടതു മായിരിക്കും.
